yea I’m aware of that I just want to get some opinions from others. I don’t want to have to raise my voice to talk and will my music drown it out? I drive a lot and I want a deeper tone but don’t want the annoyance of the drone. The videos never do anything justice and there are not a lot out there at highway speeds to get even an idea of what setups have what sounds.

if you want some grumble and minimal drone you’ll probably have to go with something more like a flowmaster super series or something like that with multiple chambers. It’s pretty tough to go louder and minimize drone in the cab.

I know people have luck when they use sound deadening on the inside of the doors and behind the seats to cancel outside noises.

I went with an electronic exhaust cutout after the resonator before the muffler. Minimal drone when open and completely stock sound when closed. Gives you the option of what you want at the flip of a switch.
