When I initially had the 6112's installed at 1.9" I was running 275/70r18, I've replaced those with 295/70r18. No rubbing and no cutting required just had to take off the little flaps on the front bumper. Rear is factory height with 5160's.

That's the beauty of positive offset! It'll sometimes allow you to squeak a slightly larger tire in places it might not otherwise fit. Still have good clearance at the UCA?

It's very close but there's just enough clearance to work.

I ordered the Bilstein 6112 & spring assembled with rear B8 5100 shock set. I was stoked when the UPS man dropped of a box but low and behold only the rear shocks made it. At least that part of the equation is done.
I'm going with the 1.9 setting, 2 CB shims on the driver's side, and on the passenger side.
Will this be enough clearance to run a 285 70/18 on a 18X9 +18 wheel?
    Thanks in advance

I'd expect to have to do some trimming and flap removal at +18 if you mean 75. If 70 then you should be doing less a d maybe just the small front flap. 295/70 is taller and wider and seems to be the standard at +25

I meant 285 70/18, I really don't want to go any bigger due to it being a daily driver. The 275 70/18s seem to small.

275/70/18 is pretty small. Wish I went bigger but I snagged a brand new set of wildpeaks for 600

275 is big for stock height, it’s the lift that make it look small

I think it's the truck that makes the tires look small. Even 295/70-18 with little to no lift looks too small to me.

2021 Tundra SR5 with Bilstein 6112 top setting, no shims. Rear has 5100 and shackles set on 1”. Method 703 +35 with Goodyear Duratrac RT 285/75R17. Thanks to Jeff at Excel Suspension. Really loving this setup so far and definitely rides better than stock!

@ETexTundra what trimming did you have to do to get these to fit? I'm looking at running the 6112(2.5")/5160s with the Icon AAL in the rear, and I'm wanting to run the Nitto Recons 285/75r17s. Any help would be great

I only removed the front little flaps and I loosened the screws holding the plastic liner and pushed it forward about 1/2” and retightened.
It only rubbed turning to the left at full lock forward and reverse.
    Hope that helps.

    I ended up going with a 285 70R18 and a 18X9 +25 wheel. Can't wait for them to arrive.

I'll of course let Glenn reply with his experience, but I'll toss my hat into the ring over here at Hotshot Offroad. Our turnaround time on builds is generally about 3 days on assembled shocks.

About 2 weeks. The rear shocks arrived before the front ones did.

Thank you both, appreciate the feed back!

I'm at 165K miles on the OEM Billys, I'm worried one will poop out at the wrong place and wrong time. Time to replace in the near future!

Anyone able to provide a ground to fender measurement on either the 3rd or 4th setting?

    Thanks!

Ok part of my kit was about a week then the remainder probably the next week. Just can’t remember which came first front or rear shocks, but doesn’t really matter was going to install together.

6112/5160. 2/1 cb shim set up.
Icon rxt option 2. Haven’t driven it yet so no settling but it should drop a bit.
Rack/Decked so 280 bed weight currently.

I failed to measure pre install. Anyone have a stock trd pro fox set up they could run some measurements on?

    What are your measurements now?

I have a pro with CB shims and shackles and sit at 40” and 42” ground to fender
