Ok I took the radio into the local hardware store and found some screws. Now to wire it. Might not get to the camera and shocks today

So I got all the interior lights buttoned up. Even changed the 03's key light to red so it all matches now.

Got the radio installed and working.
Still need to wire the backup camera and hands free mic.

I got another stumper for you guys.
My tailgate handle was floppy and didn't engage until it was pulled all the way. The tailgate also doesn't like to stay shut sometimes.
So I replaced the tailgate handle with a camera handle combo. I tested the handle before install. It worked great. Swapped it in and now it's floppy. The old handle is working fine now that it's out. I lubed everything already
What am I missing? Some part of the outter mechanism must be to blame.
    Any ideas?

Took the sway bar completely off. 1st time doing so and I think I like it. Can definitely see how it could be problematic at higher speeds, and if you're prone to over-correcting. I'll leave it off for a while and see what happens.

As far as the clunk? It seems to be quieter, but still present. Gotta say, my lca bushings look almost non-existent... can't wait until I replace those. Motor mounts look like they've seen better days too, but they're probably fine.

Yes, are the white retention clips intact? If not, it'll result in loose/floppy behavior. Same is true on regular doors. The opening rod needs to be contained to avoid floppy behavior.

And @455h0le_dachshund these white clips are what I'm talking about. They need to be intact, and the rod snapped into them. There's one midway down each rail. Note the bar is popped out in this pic.

The retention clips on the handle mechanism? Yes they are new.
Or do you mean on the outter latching mechanisms? I ran out of daylight before I could investigate those.

I found some other stuffs I need to check after the rain stops tomorrow. Looks like the panel being bowed is another culprit. Pretty sure mine is bowed from the PO transporting motorcycles. So ill hammer ot out with my mallet. Also looked like I can adjust the strikers.

Tomorrow after that, I still gotta install a desert armor LED pod on the 06, wire the backup camera on the 03, unwind the RS3200 antenna from the steering column and run it up the A-pillar (for max keyless range) along with the hands free mic, remove the PA speaker, and install rear 5100's.

Yeah my panel makes the handle work as you describe cause it’s such a thin and bent pos. Hence my desire for HDPE panel replacement w small cupholders. And some grooves for the rods.

Looking closer I think that's real. Pretty detailed with the moisture on the panels/front bumper, and the reflections look legit...

I think the hood is the dodge part. Look at how well the front clip mates to the T100 cab. That's art.
