The belt and/or tensioner on my 2003 tundra is squeaking when I first start it up in the morning, especially if it's wet outside. The more I drive the truck throughout the day it goes away. I replaced the belt and tensioner with oem parts just under a year ago and the problem went away for a year but now it's doing the same thing. It's hard for me to believe that those parts only lasted a year. Does anyone else have this same issue? I sprayed some crc belt dressing on the belt yesterday but it didn't seem to do much.

Pulley Alignment? Any uneven wear on the belt?

Did you replace just the pulley and bearing or the whole tensioner assembly? I had this issue till I replaced the whole tensioner assembly, when I put a wrench on it to take off the belt it had no rebound/tension to it.

have you checked the idler pulley?

you might have to take the belt off and spin all the pulleys

Are you sure it's the tensioner? And if so, how? There are a lot of rotating parts on the front of the engine. Maybe post a video if possible to let us hear?

Where did you find that TSB? And, in general, where would I find TSBs for these trucks?

That specific TSB and many others are linked in this thread. This is one of the common ones that comes up during cold times, and we're constantly having to remind people to go hit the TSB section of that thread for common ones.

I found a much longer list of TSBs that I thought existed, but it's a pay to play site so I haven't taken the time to find another source. Interesting list!

AllData has a ton for free: https://alldatadiy.com/TSB/60/066077ad.html

I thought about pulling the ones that looked promising when co-compiling the megathread, but ... I stuck with TSBs that we've seen bite people in the ass one or more times instead, if for no other reason than to keep it brief.
