Just dropped off my truck.... cannot wait to see the new bumper... and of course, the skid is out of stock so I will be watching for that.

Picked her up. Amazing how different these look versus online. A lot more exposed profile than I expected but, hey; I like it!

Now we are waiting for the "fog lights" and skid plate

Front Sway Bar delete. no more rubbing those 37s... or the swaybar links hitting the lower shock buckets on the ICON 3.0 Coilovers.

Ditching my 5160’s (2 years old) and going to 5100’s in the rear. I would not recommend the 5160’s period.

Did you hit up Bilstein to see if they will warranty them? I've had good luck with them in the past.

There has to be more to this story. 5160s are universally loved by MANY platforms. What exactly did you do?

Just a thought - I had a front blow out on my last truck about a year after replacing them - they overnight-ed me a new one at no charge.

Extremely cold temps (-20+) in and out of garage-heat (30+) will put hate on those o-rings...not uncommon but something to consider...Bilstein will stand by their products...

Ordered iHacker harness! Previous owner used the headlight revolution harness so the DRL stayed bright even with headlights on. DRLs are way too bright at night, especially on dark country roads. I disabled the DRLs to not blind people so I’m looking forward to getting them working properly.

You have the 3.0's in front like I do, I adjusted them up a bit to a more firm setting to compensate for the loss of the sway bar. Mine has been off for a year now with no looking back. I also have a secondary front shock so I am not missing the bar

Installed some ebay brakes and rotors.....hope the 70mph steering wobbles goes away. Will try later on highway...........update. it really is the damn rotors....after this change steering shaking 95% gone at 70mph.....there maybe a very small wanna wobble feel but its mostly gone. Am happy for now. I dont know how the rotors got warped

Well I have been wanting to relocate my rear window switch but the only options I see is the space just in front of the console lid. I have my SwitchPro console there so I needed a one switch mount that I could not find anywhere. I bugged a few people with no interest so I made a post in the 3D section and time went by but I got someone that was interested. He needed some more dimensions because he did not have them all so I went to work and the end result is I have my wish!!!

A BIG Thank You goes out to @Gaston

This is a pic of the 3D prints and the rear window switchIMG_6505.jpg

    Then the initial prep work
    IMG_6503.jpg

Start the cut for my placement
    IMG_6507.jpg

On the rear side there is a rib that needs to be trimmed
    IMG_6506.jpg

Then we have a gash to work on fitment
    IMG_6508.jpg

After some cutting and trimming the top piece went in then made sure it was flush and put on the rear piece to hold the first piece in
    IMG_6509.jpg

Then put it all together. I did spray the top piece Matt Clear to get the sheen down a bit, very happy with result

Not a problem, I had a caliper and Draftsight so why not! Thanks again for the help, after I bought the cable to relocate I was bummed I had no place to mount. That is a perfect spot for my right thumb to roll up and down

BTW I had zero issues with your print. The switch went in like it was stock and snapped in place. Very nice!

Not sure how much I’m digging the rough country spectrum light bar, it said it was a spot flood combo and that what I have on my other truck, this seems more of just a spot light. Beam is bright just very narrow. IMG_6373.jpg
