My UPS dude found me under the front of the truck today while making the final delivery of parts I needed, put it right at my feet. We both had a laugh.

Everything is completed on the Radiator/Clutch/Fan/Tensioner/Idler job, I took my time and really enjoyed the work.
Still need to do the "park on a hill burping session" but it's not bad now. Heater seems quite a bit hotter.
Poor heat was the reason I spent about 30 min burping it before, and it worked. So at least I don't have air major air bubble in my heater core.
The tensioner was a squeaker at first and I wasn't real happy, but by the time I got done topping off the rad, it was nearly silent.
Revving the engine does not make the fan smack the water inlet anymore, but there is still a little wobble.
It's in the fan mount, and I bet it took a hit when this thing was in it's accident and it looked good enough so they used it.
Unless you look close you don't see it, but it amplifies out to the blades. That will wait until I do the timing belt 2025.
Looks like valve cover gaskets too, I did tighten them and some were pretty lose.
Bonus jobs: re-route sensor wires properly, and added the missing LOW tone horn $8, so It doesn't sound like my Civic anymore. It was pretty hilarious.

I never broke my "restrictions" but damn my right shoulder is sore.

Any issues with getting the fan and clutch off due to rusty bolts or was it relatively easy?

Surprisingly not bad at all Jack. I didn't even use any penetrating fluid, and you can see in the pics they were a bit rusty.
I used the double wrench method but as near as I can figure it's accident was late 2014, so after that when someone was rebuilding it they had it off/put a salvage yard one on.
So it wasn't as bad as "never been touched" since new. I picked it up with 288k in Sept 2021, According to service records it had 280k in Feb 2014.
She's an October 99 build, Mamba you got me by a month.

I'll never know what those declined repairs were.....;)

Figure a flat piece of aluminum should hold up well as a surface for the stove which will leave me plenty of room for cutting board, water bottles etc I keep on the tail gate. Chef boy r V

You could also put a hinge and another piece of wood, so when it’s open, it can open even more!!!

Nope. Still pending shipment notification, but the money is in their bank, so it's a waiting game at this point I guess.

Goodies arrived today. Probably install the hoses today, probably get to the latches also, maybe sound deadening. Will edit this later maybe.

Had to walk 2.5 miles from Target since my worn down ignition key wouldn’t budge in the ignition cylinder. Cycled back and tried one of my 3 remaining backup keys to get me going.

Time to toss out the worn one. Not bad for almost 22 years of abuse.

They actually have zerks on them, so I always pump them when I borrowed it, but I’ll jack it up and see if there is any play. It came with a trolling motor, battery and vests and the trailer is nice and long so my swing out clears the bow with no issues

I would recommend an upgrade to a nice 90+ hp motor when funds permit.

Threw the budget subs and box into it. Sounds decent. I wasn't expecting ground shaking bass given the tiny box. I took the plastic off the underside of the seat. What a pain in the ass. Have to loosen the front brackets to remove it if you don't want to cut it up to get it completely removed. Even with the plastic cover removed the speakers are very close to the seat metal rods and foam. At least it doesn't rattle like the plastic did.

Maybe an EV outboard motor if they make them. Need space for batteries though.

Nice! I've been threatening. It hasn't happened yet. I'd prefer a v-hull. what was the damage?

Sure you can, you just cut the engines a mile away and naturally decelerate from 100-120 knots.
