No MAP sensor so not sure where the boost psi is coming from and yes the stock O2's only read the lowest to 12.1 to 11.9.

I asked radium about the newer pcv cans not collecting much, and they said to pull the hoses off and see if there is oil in the one going to the can and/or the one going back to the engine. Anyone want to be the guinea pig?

@e30cabrio for your Aquamist W/M and anyone using a Innovate PSB1 gauge that requires a MAP boost signal. Off of the mechanical to digital MAP sensor wires you can tap into the white wire for a reference signal.

I've already done it. There was no schmoo in the can but plenty of it in both hoses. Then I went a step further and disassembled it entirely, to figure out why.

You would think the pressure would be enough even for those that have them mounted lower than the pcv valve.

The working principle behind the catch can is that the gasses are drawn from a place of high pressure to low pressure, with a chamber for the condensate to fall out of suspension and accumulate. If the can doesn't have a proper passage for the gasses to cool and accumulate, they'll continue on through the intake, and collect on all the plumbing.

Machinist said he shipped out the pulleys! I put them live on the website if you guys care to order, but I won't be home until next Monday and can then ship them out that Tuesday.

And again, keep in mind these are very much prototypes so may not work, I also haven't looked at if/how much smaller belt is needed. If there's an issue I'll gladly refund them.

Radium's response to the oil bypassing the can:
With these trucks having aftermarket superchargers, the air speed is accelerated and may not be allowing the air to slow down enough in the can to condensate and separate. As a next test, you can unscrew the bolt holding the baffle plate on and remove the fluid lock ball from the catch can, then reinstall the baffle plate. Run the truck for a while in that configuration and see if this changes how it operates. This may allow the air speed to slow more and allow the can to function.

Thanks for reaching out to them and sharing this! I still argue that regardless of the supercharger, there should have been SOME catch in the can. But for some of us to go 10K miles and nothing, just highlights a poor redesign.
I've been running it without the baffle/fluid lock ball/plug for a few thousand miles now and it works-ish. I'm working on a modification to fix it for good and will share once I can confirm that it works.

You can put one of those cheapo fuel filters inline on the return side to see if anything is getting by. Replace it if/when it gets too dirty.

Taking a stroll down memory lane...here is a picture of the catch can on my 2012 Tacoma with the fuel filter on the return side (replaced every oil change), and the amount of oil it caught between oil changes. This is before installing the supercharger, on a V6.
