I have a 2019 Platinum and both front heated seats stopped working.
First thing that came to mind was a blown fuse, but I cannot find any fuse for Seat Heaters.
    Any ideas?

Which fuse panel did you check? There’s one in the cab by the footwell or the engine bay.

I checked both footwell and under the hood.
There is no Seat Heater fuse in either of them.

Looks like the seat heater gets power from the IG No. 5 fuse.
    Where that is, IDK..

Thank for your reply. I actually pulled that same diagram from another post I found on here with the electronic PDF's. Problem is, I do not have an IG No.5 fuse. I have all the way up to IG No.4 But that is it.... Still stumped by this.. Not sure if because my truck is a platinum, there are more electronics and the seat heaters run off another fuse somewhere?

Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I have a 2014 limited that is having the same problem. Both seats quit warming at the same time.

Hey! I apologize I failed to come back to respond to this. I ended up bringing my truck to the dealer to diagnose it and it turns out, it was my fault. I had pulled the fuse (under the hood) and put it back in the wrong spot! As soon as the fuse was back in the right place, the heat started working again.

I have an issue with my seat warmers. Which fuse was it exactly?
