Finally getting a good amount of data logs in. Thank you @snivilous for the channel/layout, much better then the load SAE defaults! Curious on what you guys are aiming for/data logging your AFR's? I'm consistently @ 0.81 Lamba/11.91 at WOT. Seems a bit lean but not seeing any knock and perfect LTFT's

You're outside the range of the stock sensors, that's as low as they go. That's why we're all putting in separate widebands.

Well I found my issue I was having. The O-ring was pinched at the lower snout channel. Must have hit it on the pcv valve when I was installing it. Got it all back together with the 4.5 inch intake, 750 Denso injectors, @snivilous 2.2 pulley and Water/Methanol injection at 10psi and up for cooling. Wired fuel pump directly for full flow. Thank you to all on your suggestions and especially @snivilous for getting me items to help troubleshoot and different tunes to try.
Got some final tuning but it runs great and pulls like a MOFO!!

Well shoot I'm an idiot. Went over this earlier in the thread and i forgot. Was hoping the scangauge 3 or HP would log but it's a truck problem, I'll get on the craven pod and WB AF/boost gauges asap

@ARES35 I shoot for 10.5 down to 9.9 for maximum cooling of rings. Sacrifice a little power for safety.

That makes good sense sir! I just need to pull trigger on some gauges, regretting the SG3 should have went straight to wideband and BG and justed logged via HP smh

One more dumbass question and I'm done lol. I know we have 2 02's in front and 2 after the cats, If I were to run some wide band O2 sensors before the cats would the ecm pick up the valves thus allowing me to at least log these sensors for AF? Or is WB AF gauge the only way?

Wideband logged through hpt prolink or serial USB adapter. Stock O2 can't go lower than 11.8 or something.
Have wide band bung welded in about 18 inches down from manifold before the first cat at about 930 to 10 oclock position. You can add your gauges to to layout, like I have my AEM at top for afr and boost.

They have analog out, but it's only for the wideband sensor and not the MAP from what I can tell.

Indeed! Long travel with custom aluminum arms up front, linked rear with trailing arms, I think it's a 3" coilover and 4.5" bypass with bump stops all around, 51 gallon fuel cell, full cage, seats, intercom, radio, lights, Level 10 trans, 5.29s, only thing left was the engine was stock. She's all loaded onto the trailer and tuned up and running great!

    PXL_20231104_002551785.jpg

The only thing that was weird and I haven't figured out is Knock Correct Learn would not learn up at all. It was stuck at 15deg even though the tune was nearly identical to my personal truck. I even set the initial to 17.9deg and it took that but still wouldn't learn up to 18+. I'm not sure if something about the truck was tripping it from learning, I've never seen this happen before and the knock feedback was almost universally higher than -3 but for some reason would not add timing to Knock Correct Learn. I need to do some research and see if I can find an answer, assuming it doesn't decide to fix itself by the time I see it next. This is why I always recommend @JustDSM and OTT or other professionals to tune things  with that said, it runs like a champ and even chirps the 39s from a stop which I didn't expect. Made right around 8psi at 5500ft so right inline with the other 2.0" pulley setups. Should help push the big tires and big travel and give @reywcms a run for his money now :D

Nice! Sometimes it’s just the simplest stuff that goes wrong. You called it in an earlier post about a vacuum leak!

I have both the SG3 and a wideband/boost gauge. The SG3 can monitor a lot that is useful in these trucks. I think you will like it over time. I monitor trans pan temp, converter output temp, coolant temp, tc lockup, knock, and a few other things all on one screen.

Yeah it usually is. Initially @armyoffoo called it and @snivilous too. It was in an area that I couldn't get some maf spray to see if it was leaking. So that threw it off. Went through a can and a half looking for that leak.
While scooting along it spun tires shifting to 4th at 60. Really responsive now.

Alright ordered up the cravenspeed pod and Innovative PSB-1, should receive tomorrow. Scheduled welding the bung this coming Friday. Will be nice to finally see some boost numbers and actually A/F. I'm assuming boost pressure is being lost at my elevation in Denver and smaller pulley is needed. Truck does pull good but compared to my eth blend GT2781 Madaspeed3 , it's still lacking. For reference ran a 2023 Raptor on a 40 roll. He jumped me and pulled but I slowly reeled him in. Eventually I pulled away. Next course of action is getting on the dyno to see my base and adjust accordingly

Definitely pulley it for Denver. Being supercharged you lose power twice, first the base engine horsepower is lower (so more boost is going towards the engine just making N/A sea level power), and then the supercharger isn't generating as much boost. You're making considerably less power than a supercharged truck at sea level with a stock pulley.

I forget what supercharger you have, but for some idea of comparison the 2.0" pulley I made at a similar elevation to Denver is making around the same power as a 100% stock Magnuson with the 2.45" pulley at sea level. Most people want a 2 or 3 psi bump for some more power, if you're at 5000ft a 3psi bump is barely getting you to stock sea level power, let alone if you want to experience that sea level+3psi bump now you need the blower to put out 6psi more than stock.

If anyone lives above 5000ft I would inherently buy the smallest pulley anyone offers for your supercharger, and you may not even need different injectors since fueling is based on airflow and the engine sees so much less air despite running such a small pulley. *Terms and tuning and mods do apply :D

Yes sir, I've been eyeing balling your available pulleys:cool:. One of my main reasons for supercharging. Up here forced induction is the only way to go. Luckily for me everyone else around me are on a equal plane:D. I'm not used to superchargers but on my speed here Im tuned @ 26psi/35% ethanol, 91 blend and it rips:D. I need to get the tundra at least comparable to this old ass 08 mazda:rofl:

Magnuson supposedly was going to offer smaller pulleys for your new 2650, you could inquire with SCOL if they’re available yet. I don’t think Snivs sweet pulleys for the 1.9 would work for your 2650. Plus it would defeat the purpose of your already installed quick change hub to have to press it off for a different style of quick change hub.

Yea, sorry should've clarified now that there's two Magnuson's. I highly doubt the 1900 pulley/hub would work with the 2650, and as Silver said would be pointless considering you already have a quick change hub. I was wondering too if Magnuson was going to offer their own pulleys or if I needed to make some.

Looks like Griptec has some 2650 pulleys, not sure about Tundra-specific or if the rib counts/offsets differ between the flavors.

I'd get one, if I had a 2650. Would this be an appropriate time to mention that I ordered the upgrade kit back when I had that skreetching episode?

I think that it was posted here a while ago that Magnuson wrote in their warranty a smaller pulley would void it.

That's why I figured an aftermarket company would be the go-to, since Magnuson probably won't have any options if that's the case.
