While I have a whole lot less miles, I have a similar experience here as well. Many of my trucks miles are towing a 7k + TT. Going down to the 77.5 I’ve also noticed no issues and a little extra pep.

That was my thought, typically rich mixtures ruin cats. Is there a chance that it was left on while simultaneously setting rich fueling from normal maps, creating a rich, rich condition.

I was seeing high 9's for AFR during the week I had it "ready to go" before they went.

I have been doing 5k oil changes and am nearing that now. I have to go back to L.A. again Friday, I had this report done @ 2k miles to see how the SC was treating the motor (2k on the sc at that time)

Do you guys think I am ok to go about 500 over 5k?

Maybe? I don't what the limits of cats are. It'd have to be pretty gnarly rich though I'd think.

I'd think richer than this. Mine taps on 9.9 occasionally, and the TRD tune was well into the 9s at times. But I'm no expert.

I'm on Amsoil 0-20. I'll get the TBN next time, looks like I'm pretty close to yours but 1/2 the miles.

Didn't ProSpeed say it is a common occurrence to the Tundras they've worked with outside of a specific year range?

    That reassuring and less expensive

    Break

I will be using a banks I-Dash and probe to monitor. I don’t want the banks on my windshield not do I want anything on my steering column. A pillar has air bag at the top but I’m hoping I can use the bottom porting. Of the A pillar to mount a Tacoma I dash pod
    Got to wait to see

You're right, they did mention something about MY 19+ or 20+ being different pertaining to the exhaust.. it's been an adventure and I wish I could remember what specifically it was.

Just have them do it for the 80 and then install the 77.5 yourself. I highly doubt the 77.5 makes enough difference that anything in the tune needs to be changed (assuming the tune doesn't suck from the start).

Or that  but then he'd have to buy a MPVI and another $200 of credits... If someone else tunes your vehicle and then you want to adjust or change tunes you have to start completely from scratch which is like a $700 buy in.

Yea the whole thing is kind of dumb. Essentially if you do anything besides a remote tune to begin with, then whoever did the tuning has you by the balls because everything you paid for only allows THEM to tune your vehicle. You can't transfer the unlocked VIN, you can't use their hardware, you can't transfer the credits you paid for, etc. If you ever change your truck you either need to go to the same shop and use the same hardware, or you have to pay for the entire thing again from another shop or pay for everything again to allow yourself to flash the truck.

All the reasons that I've been staying away from, and trying to learn what I can with help from SNS and yourself, tuners and locked tunes. If I wanted something rudimentary changed, I'd be beholden...

PS wouldn't tune my truck on anything smaller than the 80mm with stock manifolds, only reason I asked.
