Anyone know where I can find cab corners and rocker panels. I just bought a project truck.
Just bought a project truck. I have bad cab corners and rocker panels. I can’t really find anywhere to buy some. I’m not a welder so I’m hoping to find slip ons that I can rivet on. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    It’s rust. Unfortunately

And the frame is still in good shape? These trucks are notorious for having impeccable cabs, while the frame is rusted to pieces. If the body is rusted, unless it got the frame replacement safety campaign done (which you may be eligible for), is it actually in safe shape?

The frame is in great shape. I just wire wheeled it and painted it. It’s under the cab and the corners.

Do you know how to search car-part.com? Figure it out and find a good yard near you with your truck cab type and start pulling parts?

    Also, welcome!

CarParts.com isn’t any help. Neither is rock auto and aiauto. I’m trying Toyota parts websites and I’ll try salvage yards but I think they won’t be too much help.

Body shop is the only other place I can think of that may be able to get you something. Toyota hasn't sold body parts and patches for these trucks in quite a few years, since long before I bought my 1st gen.

www.car-part.com has always been able to produce a ton of junkyards with parts I need though.
