Is the Prospeed intake 4.5 inch intake ID or OD?

OD. The ID is slightly larger than 4.25" but not by much.

Has anyone had the RC F throttle body bored out. Looks like it can be bored out 3mm. Think @ViktorG did his. Not sure if it would make a major difference withe the maggy 1.9. Will be modding the TRD intake with 4.5in or 4.75in pipe, looks like i can cram a 5 inch too, as maf is maxxed. Will anything over 4.5 affect normal unboosted drivability? I do have to wait until I get the new 750 injectors.

I had mine done, but they could only increase it by 2 mm iirc

George at Maxbore said he can do it 3mm without compromising the wall thickness. I found a rcf with 30k on it and a good deal. Is it worth it for any gain? $155 for the cleaning, new plate and boring.

That will be about a 7% area increase, surely it can only be a good thing.

So I decided to yank the supercharger out this morning for the coupler. The rebuild kit came with the truck and I didn't realize it was the kit with new bearings. Can anybody point me to instructions for the bearing portion? I'm to the point of putting the new coupler in and putting it back together now. Should I even worry about the bearings?

I second replace the bearings. The pulley is a bear to get off sometimes. But everything else should go well.

Got it all done. All quiet now. The new pulley from @snivilous is pretty sweet. I went with a 2.2 and it made a noticeable difference.

Nice work on the rebuild/update! Are you still on the Maggy 535s? Or did you upgrade with everything apart?

Still on the 535's. That will make me keep things in check for a while. I will eventually run a bigger pump/injectors and shoot for more boost and a tune. I really just want to make sure the truck doesn't need anything else before I get too wild.

Looks absolutely awesome! If you have any complaints or issues or suggestions for the pulley let me know. Between you and @Wynnded and a third random guy today, that like doubles the amount of SSS pulleys in the wild

    Nice!
I'm game once my 750's show up. Hmm 6.7 inch overdrive crank and 2.2...

So I found intake pipe 4.5 inch, that I can cut to get a 22deg angle to meet up with throttle body.
What epoxy bonds aluminum to TRD ABS plastic. I'll create a rim on intake for inside of cover to help bonding. Loctite hysol epoxy or 3m product?

There's at least four people in this thread with pulleys sitting in the box still, so I'm not counting those ones since there's no evidence they function yet

I would speculate that as long as the ECU version is supported by HPT (assuming that's what's being used) it would be the same.
