When you consider the alternative, it's not so bad. :hattip:

That looks like a swimming pool. You need a lot of mud/snow to overfill those mats.

My issue was they easily warped and would slide and get stuck under my pedals

I've got the same issue by the kick plate and rocker panel on the passenger's side. I'm thinking of using velcro tape as a fix. It would keep them from shifting too.

I gave up, can’t waste my OCD on it. I cut the wall on the rear mats so it won’t interfere with the seat slides anymore.

Well it’s been a busy couple of months. Got to San Diego, both the tundra and the sequoia performed flawlessly getting across the US. Need to rotate tires asap now haha. Realized the sequoia hadn’t had its LBJs done and the rad is a brownish color so I’ve got all those sitting just need to install here in the next couple days. Just started a couple weeks vacation to just catch up and cleaned the truck up proper like, clay bar cut polish and wax.

Are these still available new? I was thinking they weren't. I got a nearly new set off marketplace for $40 a couple years ago. They're the wrong color but they fit great. I have no complaints. They fit perfect and don't move around.

Just finishing up with making my own wedge style pop up camper. Ive definitely been eying those OVRLND campers, and Topo Toppers as well. But decided to build my own instead!

Now i just need to convince a few buddies to come over this weekend for some beers and help me install it. I took 3 of us to lift my Snug Top off this weekend when I sold it, we tried to lift this one but its probably gonna take about 5-6 of us to lift it comfortably.

Oh that's pretty awesome good job building it yourself. Plenty of money saved. I'm in Long Beach so if you're anywhere close to me, let me know if you need a hand lifting that thing. Wouldn't mind checking it out and having a beer

Oh nice! I'll probably see your truck around. I just picked up a 2006 double cab. It's silver, currently has a tonneau cover. Got to sell my Tacoma and my pop-up camper before I order one of the ovrlnd campers

Took a peak at the timing belt today. It was replaced ten years ago, and miles due in 5,000. The visual is good, but still going to get it replaced sooner rather than later.

I just got this truck a few days ago so I'm just going through everything. Not as much storage space on the interior as my Tacoma, specifically behind the seats and under the seats. I managed to get my tool roll bag in there, along with a battery jump starter.

Replaced lower window trim/sweeps on all four doors of the doublecab today. They are aftermarket and about 1/5 the price of OEM and honestly I don't think I can tell the difference.

What do you have in that tool bag? Always like to see what other think are the essentials. I have a small Craftsman toolkit I got when my grandpa died; not stellar but probably covers the 80-20 rule, has basic sockets in 3/8" and 1/4", wrenches, one of those screwdrivers with a ton of bits, etc. Most of my truck projects (we all know the kind, where you just start taking something apart and then four beers and three hours later it's dark....) start out with that damned kit.
