    My build- https://www.tundras.com/threads/rabbidllamas-old-man-build.80802/
I suggest you get the longest hose you can. I have a blackstone grill and the propane connect for the trailer is near the front but we do most of our cooking near the back of the trailer. Think mine is like 20-25 feet. Gives us options. Can’t believe I have not seen this thread. I think I may have more mods to our trailer than the truck! Ha!

What is everyone using to support their trailer steps?
I am using this but there must be something better. IMG_2321.jpg

    The Dirty T ( ^_^)_且

I made this out of a couple of 2 x 6's. Just set it under the bottom step and it provides a big landing platform and supports the trailer step.

Looks like we have almost the same steps, we don't use anything and they barely move. Our trailer is a '22 so maybe they weaken over time?

Screw them down short and very easy to stow.

I've been using just the shorter one under my bottom step, but I think I'll get the longer one to put under the second step also.

Definitely helps... with the X-Chocks tightened down real good about the only movement I feel is when somebody uses the steps, and this minimizes that.

It can be a little tricky to get them to stay in place on uneven ground sometimes (we mostly boondock) but once you get it dialed it's good.

Stupid question…. What is this for?
It’s on the tongue on the drivers side of many RV frames.

Cut in and mounted a USB/volt meter. Tapped into constant power so we can charge electronics and keep an eye on the batteries while dry camping.

Added some underglow lighting to the new trailer. Still need to secure the loom and do some wire management but the hard part is out of the way.

I've lived these horror stories... had an in-law incorrectly wire up our 30amp shore power outlet. Fried the power convertor and the fridge circuit board.

Solar noob here.. Is this solar prep on the roof typically wired into the batteries already?

Yes it is. But watch out when interfacing with the go power stuff. I believe that their wires are reversed at the connectors, compared to most solar equipment. It helps them stay proprietary.

And campground power pedestals are notorious for being jacked up!

People don't turn the breaker off when connecting/disconnecting so the arcs burn up the receptacles, making for loose connections which just makes it worse.
30A gets used the most so it's usually in the worst shape, I carry a 50A to 30A dogbone and will sometimes use the 50 if the 30's hammered.

They're also often poorly maintained by the campground handy guy rather than an actual electrician.

Dirty power and undervoltage can be just as damaging as spikes, so I sprung for the full EMS unit rather than just a surge protector. Good peace of mind.

Not cheap, but cheaper than a bunch of fried electronics. Plug the EMS into the pedestal and it analyzes everything, and won't let power through to my stuff until it confirms good power.

    Features:
    • Previous Error Code (PE)
    • A/C Frequency Protection
    • Time Delay (136 seconds)
    • Rugged Pull Handle

    • Weather Resistant
    • Designed for Outdoor Use
    • Lifetime Warranty (excludes All Weather Shield Assembly).
    • Over/Under Voltage Protection
    • Open Ground, Open Neutral & Reverse Polarity Protection
    • Accidental 240V Protection
    • Surge Failure Indicator
    • Current Indication

this x100!! I bought two 50 to 30's just in case and have done the same... as a matter of fact, I am doing it right now as the site I am on is so worn out the 30amp plug fell out in my hand... so I always use the surge protector and will step down more often than not.
