I drive a 2004 Tundra with a 3.4 V-6 and 5 speed manual transmission. I noticed wet areas in the carpet on the left of the drivers seat floor and farther up close to the left inner wall. After consulting with some people about this, no one knows where it could be coming from. Does any one at this forum have an answer or is going through the same thing?

Check to see if your A/C condensate drain is clogged up. Use compressed air or a thin piece of wire.

You could have condensation build up in the ductwork and pour out through the floor vents onto the floor.

You mean in the foot well, left of the pedals? If so, likely the driver's side of windshield or from the A-pillar via torn door seal would be my guesses. If you live in a rust belt state, recently had the windshield replaced, or don't stay on top of paint/body maintenance, there's a solid chance you've lost seal on the windshield, and/or you're rusting out around the perimeter of the window sheetmetal.

Be careful, this is what usually happens to the fusebox in that case: pics and more pics

If it's somewhere else, like the B-pillar, between the driver seat and sill, that would be good to clarify.

AC condensate on 1st gens would leak into the passenger floorboard.

Ah, I see. I thought the 1st generation Tundra had very similar ductwork to my old T100 behind the dash and floor, it would dump water out onto my right foot when the condensate drain plugged up.

I don't belong in this club, ignore me.

No problem, you never know who's gonna give that piece of critical info.

Gen1, evap coil is here, behind the blower motor resistor: https://www.tundras.com/threads/wha...-gen-tundra-today.2558/page-1571#post-3126873

Drain location is on the firewall, passenger side, shown over here: https://www.tundras.com/threads/wha...-gen-tundra-today.2558/page-1571#post-3126837

I'm having this exact issue with my 2.5gen Tundra and they're removing & resealing my windshield (once a spare is available in case it breaks upon removal).

While it's dry, try spraying a hose along the edges of your windshield and you should be able to validate if it's the seal that way.

I noticed on my 04 DC, on hot/humid days with AC cranked a lot of condensation builds up on along the dashboard frame (knee level) and will drip a bit of water on the carpet.
