Before you say anything about the blower motor, I swapped the blower with another tundra that blew harder, and had the same result. How in the world could I go about making it blow harder. Also, it has a new cabin air filter.

Moving more air across the evaporator doesn't necessarily make it cooler. There is a sweet spot somewhere where the air has just the right amount of exposure to the evaporator. More or less than that sweet spot and it becomes less cool. You might have a clogged drain and the evaporator might be icing over which will reduce airflow significantly and also not be very cool. Check to see if it's dripping out.

    It
drips out plenty, and temperature is not the issue. Just the amount of air coming out of the vent is not as much the other tundra I swapped motors with. This also doesn’t matter if it is cold or hot

Maybe you have something blocking part of the intake vent.

That’s a possibility. It’s a farm truck, so it’s probably pretty caked up with dirt

A little bit of lubrication on the motor bearings might get it to turn the fan just a little bit faster.

Maybe leaves, grass, etc. Good luck!
