    Just throwing it out there. Has any one else have the strut tower themselves , the welds separate and strut towers free floating. If so were they able to be fix? Looking at them at my mechanic shop so take back didn't take pics. Any questions please ask. Ty....fonz

    If that part is rusted through I'd have a look at the frame notably by the spare tire carrier, can't imagine its in one piece still

    @Fonz pissed read this thread - the 1st reply has links to info about the frames on these trucks. If you have one of the earlier model trucks, and this happened to you, you may be eligible for a frame replacement.
