I’m changing my fuel pump on a 2004 tundra and lost the old wire harness. The new pump came with red and black wire but don’t know where to connect I them to on vehicle plug

Go buy a Denso pump. This is not a job you want to repeat later, and Denso is not only plug and play, but pretty much guaranteed to work for at least 10 years. Denso is the OEM manufacturer.

Wiring diagrams are in the links in the 4th or 5th paragraph of this page if you don't want to follow that advice: https://www.tundras.com/threads/so-you-wanna-buy-just-bought-a-1st-gen-tundra-eh.115928/

I've just gotta say....the world would be a better place if every online interaction was like this.
