Oem tonneau, side steps, spray in liner. Trd skidplate.

The Bakflip version of the OEM cover would be a very versatile cover. I have OEM and work from my truck daily with the tonneau cover in various positions of open or closed.

Ordered a rough country hard cover 5/1, they just told me it's backordered until 6/1, so I cancelled my order.

Whats something comparable that's in stock somewhere? I need it asap.

Got my Diamondback a week and a half ago and installed it that next weekend. Forgot to order extra cleats. Ordered them last weekend and got them on Wednesday. Instaled them on Sunday. First big upgrade.

I just installed my Diamondback HD over the weekend too. Got it with the 8" toolbox. Love it.

I should have ordered a toolbox with mine, now the shipping for a toolbox is crazy expensive! Great covers!

Retightened the rails again. Moved the rails towards the front as much as they can go. Front clamp is right by the drain tubes. Tried to center the cover as much as possible. Still see some light in the front corner from the inside. Can’t move the cover any more forward to block the lights since then the back is going to be barely over the tail gate. We’ll see how it does in the water test

I noticed that it looks like your rail clamps are not clamped on the Toyota rails. Is your truck the SR? All other models other than the SR should have Toyota rails that you can use with the Toyota clamp brackets that should have been in you Undercover kit. See below.

Is your rail pushed all the way up to the front Toyota rails? See picture below.

Yes I have the SR, no factory rails. Used the other clamps provided. I did push the rails as far as they go to the front, however the cover itself I had to move slightly back as to provide enough overlap for the seal over the tailgate

Ok. If you don't have enough length to cover the front and the back then that is a problem. With my cover the only issue that I had was getting it far enough forward for the gasket to cover the front. The back is ok You could contact the manufacturer and convey the issue and the fact that you just don't have enough length to cover the bed. It seems like it could be a manufacturing issue if you do have the length to cover both.

I've seen that issue with every Undercover I've installed. Seems like they could all use an extra 1/2". Doesn't matter what make they are installed on.

For those of you with the Undercover UltraFlex, what made you choose that over the ArmorFlex? I have a 2023 on the way and I'm trying to decide which one to buy.

BAK makes Undercover as well as they are the same company. I have the F1 with a 5 year warranty but wish I had the drain tubes from the Ultraflex even though I am not a fan of the carpeted underside.

I had no factory rails, ultra flex comes with own attachment clamps, and it’s sold on Amazon which I get 5% off and can spread monthly payments over 12 months no interest. Those were my reasons

One of the big differences is your preference of the finish on the top of the cover. If you clean your truck often and expect to clean the cover I with a rag or a sponge I think the Ultrafex is a better option. If you use your truck more for a work truck and only occasionally hose off the cover then you may prefer the more heavy duty finish of the armorflex. I haven't seen the armorflex in person but I think the finish is rough and textured like a Linex truck bed so it may not be easy to clean using a wipe down method. I think it comes down to your preference on the finish and the usage of your truck.

Interesting, I never realized how many brands were under Realtruck.

Makes sense. I'll have the rails so I wasn't thinking about that.

Thanks for sharing. That is part of the reason I was leaning toward the ArmorFlex, hoping that it would be more durable.

I am in the same boat as my Tundra should arrive in July. I am going with the Armorflex versus the Ultraflex for the following reasons. One is I like the look of Line -X flat black coating better. Two the Line-X is more durable and resists scratches and dents better. Thirdly, when flipped up all the way it does not rest against the cab and finally, I've heard of reports that the Ultraflex can absorb water within the FRP panels over time and results in the panels getting heavier and heavier. There are some YouTube videos I believe on this last issue.

I got 82" x 67.25". I have the standard 6'7" bed. The measurement may be off a tiny bit because of the beveled top and a solo job on measurement. But I think it's pretty accurate.

Maybe... Even though they are both truck hero companies, I could install a bak flip on a truck and an ultra flex on an identical truck the same day and the ultra flex would always be a mess to get good coverage in both front and back. Ironically, they have more robust seals on the sides which add coverage on the bed rails.

That's the only knock I can give the ultra flex, besides that, they are really nice covers.

I have had my WeatherTech hard cover for 9 months so far. Doesn’t leak. Have no issues other than my 80qt Cabelas cooler doesn’t fit underneath. I would recommend this cover. It’s made by Lomax, but Weathertech will back it up for life so that’s why I went this route.

The weather tech only folds twice though right doesn’t go all the way up to let the entire bed use right ? My busniess partner has one on his ram, nice cover but it didn’t fold all the way up you had to take it off if you wanted access to where the third panel is

Correct. Doesn’t fold on cab. Every cover has its pros and cons. But there’s no recall on it for flying off and it keeps the bed dry.

Yes the revolver X4s roll up hard cover. Just not a great fit or design.
