Are you running any carrier bearing drop kit for that back lift? If so, which one?

FWIW, I'm running RXT's at option 2 and haven't found any need for a carrier bearing drop. Truck is solid and smooth into triple digits.

Now that I’ve looked at the pack in my garage, your right about option 3. Placing the add a leaf in between 2 & 3 does have disproportionate leaf length top to bottom.

Any word from Icon? How has your ride been placing the leafs in the order in which you felt was correct?

@SAGE63 or @Weavin Pro Could either of you guys maybe post a pick of your option 3 leaf set ups?

For those with RXT springs.and Coachbuilder shackles, did you leave the RXT bushings in or take them out and use the Coachbuilder bushings that came with the shackles? I have heard the Icon bushings shouldn't be removed but that was from Icon so I wanted some real world info.

Change them. Icon bushings are pretty soft and makes the rear feel rather loose. Be generous with the bushing lube

Im running stage 2 right now- just installed in the rear. running 35's now. front has the westcott leveling. Im running decked drawers, leitner acs with gear pods, rigd swing out hitch carrier, and 35 spare. No squat but the squeak/creeking sounds are irritating AF! Ive sprayed wd40 and goes away for a few hours or a day, but comes back the next day. Any ideas? The squeak sounds are definately annyoying. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Super frustrating, mine at #2 made a little noise early on and now they're almost silent. I'd be worried about WD. The Deavers on my old Taco liked a bit of soap and a heavy blast of water to knock the dust out when they would creak. They'd usually quiet down a day or so after that.

Ok thanks for that info Tim. Im hoping that after some driving (its only been about a month) that the noises will go away. Is WD (silicon) not ok to put?

I don't think there's anything wrong with WD, I just know a lot of lubes will cause dust to stick, making them get creak more.

Had my rxt's on for a little over a 1000 miles now and a few offroad trips, and I'm super happy with them, especially after taking off the airbags and installing durobumps. Ride great on and off road and are dead quiet so far. Running option 2 with a rack, tent, and a bed full of camping gear. Was going to get Alcans made, but these were less than half the price and @memario1214 had them to me in like 3 days. No regerts so far.

Thanks- this helps a lot. Unfortunately, I dont have enough confidence in my DIY skills to do something like this. Bad PTSD with jacking a car up. Long story. But your video helps a lot and makes me feel good that Im not the only one that has a problem like this. Im thinking of taking to a shop and showing them your video.

A shop should be able to knock out something similar pretty quickly.

How much total lift did you get with the +1 CB and the RXT? I have CB+2 and am thinking about getting RXT’s

I’m looking at doing this same setup but with CB +2’s. How much lift did you get? Are you level?

3-1 level kit with add a leaf. 295/70/18r cooper max. Spider head light tail light and third brake light, tint, badges off, ladder racks, trd pro grill, color matched hood bulge, grab handle, coach builder +2, dv8 front bumper with winch, fender flares, bed cover....
Unloaded I think I got 2.5”-3” with the combination of rxt option 2 and bc shackles when I first got them. That was about 3-4 years ago
