I am looking at adding a 2.5" leveling kit to the front and a 1" block in the rear... Does anyone have any issues with that setup? Obviously I will have an alignment done afterwards. I will be installing a differential drop kit at the same time... This is the first vehicle I have had with Blind Spot Monitoring, Radar Cruise Control, and Lane Keep Assist... Have any of those items been affected for you guys?

No issues with radar and lane assist on my tundra with a 3" front suspension lift and 1.5" shackle in the rear. Pretty similar set up to what you suggest.

Why skip it when the CV angle would be too severe? Plus the kit comes with it...

Your not going to find many in here in favor of pucks. Most add bilstein 5100 or 6112s and that levels it while upgrading your suspension. The diff drip is unnecessary.

    Tastefully enhanced...
2.5" and above in a lift will typically require new Upper Control Arms to ensure you're in alignment specifications...you might be able to get away with it at 2.5", but I'd do it...

There’s a good YouTube video that shows what a diff drop really does. Spoiler alert, it doesn’t “drop” the diff. It lowers the front edge with spacers. That only mildly changes CV angle, but negatively affects pinion alignment of the front driveshaft. Not worth it.

Interesting... I had a leveling kit installed on my tacoma (2" front and 1" rear) and never installed the diff drop kit and always worried about the CV angle... Thanks for the info, I likely won't worry about the drop kit after all...
