    Hey all,

I am putting a front spacer lift on my truck whenever I get it and was wondering if anybody knows where I can find the torque specs for the front suspension. Or if they exist in writing yet.

    Thanks

Thank you so much for the very valuable info. Is there a service manual for these trucks yet?

And what about when there’s two rows of values? Top one or bottom one?

The value with the asterisk is for use with union nut wrench.

Here’s a short video that covers the install and torque specs. They seem to horse around somewhat IMO but still good info.

I followed the TRD lift kit specs - 150 NM for the end-link to the sway bar and 150 for the end-link to the lower control arm.
80 for connecting the bar bushing to the frame.

I installed mine yesterday on an SR5. Here's how I did it.

    Old Sway Bar Removal
    ===============
    - Removed TRD skid plate (6 bolts) using a floor jack
    - Removed 2 lower-control arm bolts (impact wrench didn't work, had to use a breaker bar) from the old end-links but left the end-links connected to the old sway bar.
    - I used a pry bar to gently dislodge the end-links from the lower control arm post (but they wouldn't come off all the way)
    - Placed a floor jack under the old (black) sway bar in the the center
    - Removed the 4 bushing bolts from the frame
    - Lowered the jack (bar) a few inches and slowly worked the end-links off of the posts on the lower control arms
    - Dropped the jack all the way and pulled out the old sway bar

New (Red TRD) sway bar installation
    - Re-used bolts that connected the old end-links to the lower control arms
    - Re-used the nuts that connected the old end-links to the old sway bar
    - Re-used the 4 bolts that connect the bar bushings to the frame
    - Attached the new end links to the new sway bar reusing the nuts (150NM torque)
    - Placed the new sway bar on the ground (with a furniture pad) in the approximate position
    - Placed the floor jack in the middle under the front of the bar
    - Slowly raised the floor jack so the bar was 2-3 inches from the frame
    - Attached the end-links to the lower control arm posts and hand tightened the reused bolts (you had to each side and lift up the bar into position and jiggle it a around a little to get it to slide on)
    - Raised the jack all the way and attached the 4 bushing bolts
    - Torqued the end-link bolts to 150NM and the bushing bolts to 80NM
    - Re-installed skid plate and torqued the 6 bolts to 29NM using a floor jack to position the plate in the right position.
