I don't have a full parts list, but this is what I see so far:
    • (4) Pro-Truck Lift Springs
    • (4) Pro-Truck Sport Shocks
    • Factory UCA (I supplied TRD aftermarket UCA but they didn't use)
    • Factory CV axles
    • Possibly some sway bar drop brackets
    Yep. TE37XT on 315/70/17 K02. KO2?

    Hello everyone,

I'm new here. Came from the Tacoma World, but just bought a Tundra.

I recently installed Dobinsons C59-841V rear springs in my 2023 Tundra. The spring specs are 2" Rear Lift, Stock Weight, 0-110 lbs. I will rarely carry heavy weight in the bed but I will tow a trailer once or twice a week (I'm running Icons up front with 3" of lift. I like a slight rake.)

Anyway, due to the added 2" of rear lift, the rear axle has shifted to the left about 3/8". Can anyone tell me if this going to impede ride quality or suspension performance? Is the geometry of components going to be stressed over time?

A few companies sell track bar relocation kits or adjustable track bars. I'm not sure when these items should be employed on suspension lifts. Any advice is appreciated.

How did you measure the 3/8"?
I see @TOTAL CHAOS has a nice kit for the rear, I wonder if they will sell their Panhard separate from the whole kit..

Roughly, dropped a weighted string from a determined point on the fender above each rear tire. Measured the distance from string to wheel center.

Total Chaos looks awesome. Still wondering if it's needed at this point.

My experience, in working with Jeep Grand Wagoneers with a track bar in the rear, I would say yes. Back then I would see a slight shift in the rear axle to one side and I would feel one side felt more "sprung" than the other. Many wouldn't notice it but I as the driver of that vehicle did. The solution is to adjust the bracket on one side, although it helps that the Tundra has a rear sway bar to compensate.

Call Dobinson Direct... they are more then willing to help out. My guess with the 2" lift in the rear, you will need to upgrade your Panhard rod.

Get an adjustable pan hard bar if you want to centre it. Not the worst not to have it but that’s what you’re looking for. Dobinsons has one but this pic was faster

Been saying this forever, all y’all that are lifted need adjustable panhards! I’ve got the dobinsons one and have had it since adventure motors did my lift 24hrs after purchase!

This is what you need to center the axle

Did you end up installing these spacers? Any feedback as to how they held up over time?

When I take the Tundra plunge, will seriously look at the Toy lift. Do you do any towing? I will be towing boats (bass boat size). Does the lift negatively affect towing. Thanks

Great! I’ll post pics when I finish the build. Just waiting on UCA’s before installing the front coilovers, diff drop, and then new wheels and tires.

TRD pro here with the Westcott 3/1 preload kit on. It’s not bad but I don’t like how it sits nose high. Not a big deal, but I’ll be putting on a camper on shortly. Any pro owners swapped springs and kept the rear OEM fox shocks on for a little more lift?

I could be wrong but is the diff drop needed with a 3/2 lift?

i ask because I don’t seem to hear much about it on here and it doesn’t seem like it’s something the TRD OEM kit talks about for a lift of the same height.

I havent gotten a consistent answer on whether the stock Pro Fox shocks will work on the rear with the Dobinsons +1" coil as they might not be long enough. Im not looking for the rake as much as a stiffer spring to hold weight when towing or hauling. Sorry I am in the same boat, you could post in the PRO thread if you dont get answers here.

Icon is including the following recommendation in the installation literate for their coilovers.

    upload_2023-4-11_6-1-39.jpg

#4 says they recommend extended axles or their diff drop.

I’ll be maxing out my coilovers to fit 37’s and achieve a slight rake to go with the rear 2” lift. So, I want to exploit every advantage for functionality and longevity.

@bigblue14 did you have any codes or anything that came up when disconnecting your AVS ? did it do anything to anything else in different drive modes ?
