Question for you all. This individual I’ve been talking to has Pro suspension and coachbuilder shims up front… he’s able to fit 37s with rock warrior wheels. No wheel spacers, no BMC…

Doesn’t seem like that much work but what do I know

    What are y’all’s thoughts?

to fit 37/12.5/20 tires on 20/10/-19 rims, needed to do the following:
SDHQ BMC, pinch weld, Viper cut fender, Coach Builder bumper shim, RC6” lift, SPC UCA,

If you've read through the thread, it is definitely extremely rare that you can do this - although, that doesn't mean you can't.

Body mount relocation can play a factor into this gentleman not needing a BMC.

PWM, I only know of one person that runs 37 without this mod and that's @Vizsla.

Pro suspension yields roughly 2" stock, so he's probably sitting at about 2.5" with shims. Rear, you can fit 37s without any sort of modifications.

The only thing is that, I'm pretty sure he's gotta be running wheel spacers because the RW wheels are +55 which is going to pull the tire extremely close to the UCA. Also, KM3 runs a tad smaller than other 37s. Aside from that, it's probably minimal modifications that he's made to fit the 37s. May have played with his caster, may have trimmed bumper caps, may have added front bumper shims too.

I think there is a guy (not sure if he's on here, but @king.cong.1119 knows the guy) that runs no lift with 37s.

If anyone is interested drt-fabrication just went live with their body mount relocation for the 2nd gen tundras. Price is $275 and it is by far the most robust kit on the market! I’m not affiliated with them just spreading the word.

Yea, friend of mine ran 37s with stock suspension, +25mm wheels, for a while when his shocks are getting rebuilt. He did have BMC so, that helped a lot.

Here ya go! I used the SDHQ plates and they clear great. I might have to trim and hammer the pinch weld and massage the liner a bit, but I have noticed much, if any rubbing

Well, I finally took the time to install my LCS Fab Cab Mount Relocate bracket, pushed the UCAs forward and set caster to 6.4 which was maxed out on setting A, and threw some 2nd hand 37x12.50R17 Cooper STT Pros on. Came out pretty nice but man that's a lot of tire and gas mileage really went to crap! LOL The 0 offset isn't helping either but it seems to be clearing everything for now. Gonna put it through its paces and see what needs attention or if I may make the swap to a + offset wheel.

This is just mock up. I threw a longer bolt in there once everything was finalized!

Pinch weld sliced and hammered in then coated in 3M body seam sealer.

I run 37x12.5 ko2s on RW wheels, no spacers.

BMC is done, no rubbing on the MCM upper arms. I will probably look into the body mount relocation, and probably have to trim the firewall a bunch to clear either chains on the 37s, or a bigger tire, as the 37s are really close to both.

They do however rub my heavily massaged mud flaps, and my sway bar.

Wheeling/Crawling? Long travel? Then you do ;)

Though 37's now is good future proofing if you plan on serious suspension mods.
