It could have nothing to do with your issues. I just think it’s interesting how we now throw sooo much more fuel at these things than magnuson or harrop seemed to think was necessary (for good reason). Not only do we use bigger pumps and injectors but also send the pressure through the roof effectively upsizing the injectors even further, which is maybe sometimes forgotten.

Well my first troubleshooting step will be to turn down the FPR to 43.5 and re-log. If that fixes things, awesome. If not, I'll swap FPR's again. I'm also still on the 2.3" griptec pulley. Thinking when I go down to the Sniv 2.0" pulley, the fueling would get in line a little more

Are they referring to LTFTs? They'll never really be all zero. When I do a log headed down valley, my LTFTs are pulling a few percentage. When headed back up valley, they're adding a couple. Separate logs. It was like that with the TRD 535s that I replaced too. Compensation for variable environmental conditions.

Logging WOT runs up to 6200rpms, the maximum injector DC was only 64%

This log is from earlier this morning at idle. I gotta do another 30 second log after turning pressure down to 43.5 and let them know where it's at after.

Those are kind of up there, I would think that low to mid single digit percentages either side of zero would be an acceptable goal. Post a graph of what your LTFTs are over the rev range of a particular log. You don't have to go out and run through the entire rev range, just maybe like a highway merge without transitioning hard into Open Loop.

Got my first production run of pulleys in for the Magnuson guys! If you want to buy some they're for sale on www.snivspeedshop.com and as you can see I have very limited quantities.

That's at idle? You sure you don't have a vacuum leak? Those are pretty large values...ideally you would want them to be +-5% or lower.

Try using carb cleaner, or another flammable spray to test silicone joiners, throttle body, injector isolators, supercharger base, anything post-maf that was disconnected or loosened. Spray the connection and listen for a change in idle...don't go crazy with the spray...a little mist will be enough to change the idle if there's a leak.

Ya, I think that was it. Fuel trims seem more consistent now. Back over to OTT for adjustments. Feel bad for wasting their time on a dumb thing like that :-(

I replaced all my hoses with new rubber and swapped the clamps for the screw tightening hose clamps. My PCV hose was starting to crack and tear, and going to the catch can let me get rid of that stupid 90deg bend in the hose.

Stopped by Westcott Designs on my way home from work today to schedule my install date. Getting everything done on April 10th and should be able to pick it up on the 12th. This round of items includes: Installing Walbro 450 fuel pump, FiveO 750cc Injectors, new coupler from Superchargers Online, Snivilous Hub and 2.2 pulley, replace supercharger idler, gates green belt and flash new tune. After that, will work on getting the PSB1 installed.

Anxious to hear the feedback from @e30cabrio since his will be done before mine. :boink:

Boost is mostly high 7 gets to 8.5 for a moment, I saw 9.8 once for a nanosecond.

Also, remember to reconnect your maf. Truck died when I cleared the codes & the codes came right back.
    Screen Shot 2023-03-22 at 6.30.51 PM.jpg

Oddly, no cel on the cluster. lol

    Screen Shot 2023-03-22 at 6.30.41 PM.jpg

4lo & trac were flashing in 2wd & 4hi engaged but flashed. when in 4wd.

    Weird.

Did you clear the codes with the engine running? When I've done that, I've needed to shut the truck off and then restart it to clear whatever other lights might be on. If 4WD is flashing, then it's not in 4WD. If those other two lights are on, that's why.

Yup, always clear when off, it was user error, forgot to plug the maf back in after r&ring the air filter & carbon filter.
