4.7.jpg I replaced pcv valve and putting in a dorman catch can in as found some pretty gnarly deposits changing oil in oil filler tube on Patrick . I'm going clean out throttle body and sea foam it once or twice as well. Taking hose off throttle body and removing this part the gasket broke apart and I need a replacement. Any help what it is called and where find one(or just the name be plenty). Your all Rad and appreciate the help. This just screw in throttle body and breather hose hooks into it and pcv valve other end.

I'm not recognizing this part, else I'd help. If I could see where it goes, and understand where the gasket is, I'm happy to help using this knowledge.

I made a 3lb slab of corned beef w/potatoes tonight for us, the kids, and two of our closest friends.

    Many carbombs were consumed.

I need to sleep this off.

Damn that sounds good! I didn’t have any carbombs, but I did have a Guinness and some tasty CB my mom made, with carrots, onion discs and potatoes. And cabbage of course. The meat was sooooo damn tender and she got it sliced nice and thin!
I was just telling my buddy, I like smoking it for 4 hours or so, then crock with butter and beer for another 4 hours or so.

We still ate it like corn beef…… I also like making it before camping and eating it like pastrami! I’ve got a pork butt in the midst right now that’s given me troubles tonight, and two spatchcocks need to go on the smoker soon(big extravaganza tomorrow)

Staaaaaaaaaall time! Just make sure you keep a water bath in the general vicinity. General tactic is, if you keep higher humidity in the air around the meat, there's no reason for the meat to give up the moisture it's holding. Is it scientifically sound? IDK! Not a scientist.

Oh it’s solid, except we hit the stall this morning before I left work!!!! Probably 200-220tops I’m thinking over night, but I didn’t want it to finish early, so I left it low while I went to work. It was 157 when I left for work! It will be fine, I’m now at 198, so we’re almost there

198 ... I give it 30, maybe 45 minutes. Usually when I finally break a couple of degrees between 195-199, you're 30-60 mins out, tops.

Lucky you, it's still early enough for a couple more beers over there :D
