What size spacer (quarter, nickel, dime) did you use with your RAS?

You don't need any lift for 34-35" tires... just sayin'

Hard to beat airbags for adjustability if you have variable loads. A long add a leaf (and maybe a short one too?) and airbags would probably cover you.

Though some companies have no qualms about spec'ing a 3" rear lift, their shocks usually have less length and travel than the ones who say 1"... so I'd go out on limb and say you can use any rear shocks. The important thing on any of them is to extend the bumpstops so you aren't bottoming out the shocks and overstressing the springs.

No limit to budget?! But no reason to overdo it. I still really like my Ironman FCPros, and since they seem to have fixed the warped spring issues, that would be good choice I think... if you can get just the shocks and springs... and they are on sale... and you find out wtf is going on with the spring length that looks even longer than the old ones.

Yup. With no budget limit, you can do nice things. Mine is similar to Rey’s old setup.

MCM UCAs (now available with Delta joints)
    Deaver U748
    TC shackles
    ADS 2.5 coilovers
    ADS 2.5 rear shocks
    Duro bumps up front
    Hydro bumps in rear
    TRD RSB

    She fucks.

Lol. Response was to OP’s question. And I’m not a big photo guy. It looks like a regular brown Tundra, but a little taller. And with a little bigger tires. And, I may have over-embellished. I’m not 100% sure if it’ll actually fuck, but it gets right with the program. That’s gotta be pretty close, right?

I went with Toytec a few years ago. The kit isn’t available anymore but was on the lower end $1200 all in rides nice on road and does a decent job off road. The shocks have taken an absolute beating and are still hanging in there. The rear lift came with adjustable shackles I’m thinking the adjustable shackles and some adjustable front coil overs might work well for you? 2 positions 1 inch or 1.5.. I set mine at 1.0 and adjusted the coilovers to keep about 1/2 inch rake. Similar kit here..

I’m a big believer in new rear springs. I’m pretty sure they made more of a difference than any other single (pair) component! Deaver or Alcan would be a great choice. It just hurts to pull out another grand…

About 8k miles into the TRD Pro Shocks and almost 6k on the 35's. Love the ride so far! 285/70/17s in this pic.

    In a word? Controlled.

A good spring pack is an unbelievable upgrade. The ride is still soft, but the load is much better supported as the suspension cycles. The OEM packs are flimsy. As they compress, they don’t do much to push back up. Too soft and then you’re on the overloads, which is jarring.

I have a canopy, bedslide, Dometic fridge, and a small tote of gear in the bed at all times. Maybe 500# total load.

I have king 2.5s set to about 2.75 inches of lift and 315/70r17 ko2. I love the ride comfort on the street and it soaks bumps up amazing. Highly recommended for a daily.
I actually ended up getting a long travel kit for the truck so I’m getting rid of the king 2.5s and control arms.

I'm interested in your King 2.5s lift with control arms? Have you got rid of them already?
