85. D60/14bff on 37’s. Swapping in a 383//4l80e all being controlled by a Holley terminator. Full ORD suspension on it.

Yep, good ol' Academy time. I am back into the uniformed division and was able to jump in on last month of new officer training with the current class.

It's bugged me since I got the truck how all the doors unlock when I shift to park. I don't like it, and I remembered that I have techstream set up on an old laptop for a different Toyota I had, so I sat down and changed it tonight. I also turned off the seatbelt nanny buzzers, because sometimes I put something heavy in the passenger seat, and the truck will think a person is in the seat and complain about the seatbelt not being fastened.

 

Found this interesting, for those that like the ability to go back to oem, if need be. Not big on carbon fiber, would paint flat black and the raised surface would be cool/different looking.

Hit some new trails this morning before the game. Met up with 9 rigs total.

First portion of the trail was slow and technical but then found a nice little section that could be hit a bit faster. Asked if anyone wanted to go for a ride and only got one who was willing to go for a rip lol

I had fun but pretty sure he held his breath the whole time lol.

What year is the quad? Warrior? Recent acquisition or have you had it a while?

 

It’s a warrior. Not sure the vintage yet. I picked it up yesterday but left first thing this morning and won’t be back until late Friday for work.

 

Added the Ironman 4x4 quick detach mounts so I can move my awning/tent setup to the back when parked. They are spendy for what they are but seem solid and work great. Getting ready for a two week road trip to Canada this summer.

 

I know ajt makes or made the toyota emblem snap on, but does he also make the steering wheel trim? If so, what's your thoughts on it? Does it just snap over or require disassemble?
