VLED brake/tail light bulbs. VLED third brake light and cargo lights.
They are very capable and will easily support the weight of the vehicle.

Just got my sliders installed over the weekend. The only issue I’m having is on the passenger side, the clamp on around the middle of the gas tank (38 gal) is rubbing the tank. Curious for you guys that are running these, did you have any clearance issues around the gas tank?

Is that the plastic skid plate or the tank itself, I did notch my plastic a little bit.

On the actual side on the tank for mine (the silver top bracket that holds it onto the inner C channel)

You should be fine, but you could loosen it and square it up a bit if it gives you piece of mind

I purchased the Cali Raised trail version for my 18 Limited with upgraded tank and the guys from Cali raised Off-Road said the sliders wouldn't work because of the upgraded gas tank. They refunded my money. I was so disappointed. I'm currently trying to figure out a solution because I really want those. Option #1 Welding the sliders on, Option #2 moving the gas tank to get the brackets in but the bolt will rest against the tank which may cause issues in the future. Any suggestions or advice from anyone else who had any luck?

Upgraded gas tank like the 38 gallon oem or did you go with a transferflow or something?

Interesting, I did the install on my 26 gallon tank but dont see why it wouldnt work for the 38 gallon, it would just be harder to install that last bolt but I guess they know their products better than me.

I installed the step version on my Pro, I did have to notch the plastic tank shield, and that last bolt on the side of the tank was a bit of a pain to get in place, but should work fine with the larger tank.20210206_141341.jpg

You'll definately have to drop the plastic tank shield to get the bolt in, then trim it in one or two places where the new hardware needs a little clearance, but it's just plastic so easy to do.

I had to notch the plastic tank skid in a few spots too. I finally got rid of it and installed a RCI tank skid which fit great, no notching required. I never was able to get the last bolt in though. Something to try at a later date when Incan spend an afternoon under the truck.
