    Hey there, tundras.com!

Just wanted to say hi. I'm a long-time toyota owner and I'm glad to be here.

I just ordered a tundra hybrid limited today with air suspension. The truck will be towing a 7.5 x 18 cargo trailer that I will be converting to a mobile office / motorcycle hauler. I'm thinking that the trailer will be 6000+lb so I wanted to get the air suspension.

If I were to get this option on the new Sequoia, I'll have to step up to the Platinum model which is rediculously expensive. Given that there is no allocated vehicle yet anyway, the dealer agreed to switch up the order to a tundra.

I got to this site by searching for a topper. Given that I'm giving up the 3rd row to get more towing capability, I'm thinking of building a platform for my dog in the truck bed. I am looking for a topper option that will allow for me to roll down the rear window and have access to my pup.

I'll keep looking but if you have any ideas or have seen solutions, please let me know.

    Cheers!

I know of a white hybrid limited on the ground with rear air suspension, limited power package, heated steering wheel and tonneau cover for $60.6k

That's sounds about right, based on the toyota website.

I won't be getting my vehicle until spring of 2023 which is fine. This will allow me to use the funds I have now for the trailer conversion.

Very nice. But ask if you can keep the front end of the Sequoia and they keep the Tundra "Menudo" mustache

Haha. I do like how the Sequoia's front bumper sticks out less.

Just to update this thread, I did get my 2023 Limited. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the specs I wanted. I didn't even know I would go for Army Green. But it's growing on me. It blends well with all my tactical and camping gear. I also compromised on a non-hybrid. I think I'm understanding how to drive the 10speed to get to the sweetspot of the powerband even during this break-in period.

I didn't expect to get a truck with a panoramic roof, hard tonneau and TRD air filter but this became available so here we go.

Proper MN welcome with 8+ inches of snow the day after I got it. The Geolandars did well. Overall, pretty happy with the truck as a daily driver in the suburbs. Good thing I decided to not drive it to Chicago last weekend. It wouldn't have cleared the parking garage vertical clearance (6'6") of our downtown hotel.

Now, I have to read up on the towing forum.

That's quite the design. Secured space for the dog and still room for gear. I think it's effective on a long bed.
