I bought my 13' RW DC about 1 year ago and paid about $38K, which may sound like a lot, but here are the details and the reasoning why I paid that. The truck only had 24K original miles, had no accidents, had been dealer serviced, cosmetically was in super nice shape, and spent its entire life in CA. It has 4WD and the trans shifter is not steering column mounted (I didn't want the version that has the front bench seat with the column shifter). The original owner added all of the following: 2" lift kit, nice black after-market wheels with a nice offset (I don't care for the stock RW wheels anyway), TRD rear anti-sway bar, Toyota running boards, swapped out the entire cloth interior for black leather and added front driver/passenger heated seats, added a trailer brake, added a Leer camper shell in matching OE color, and finished the truck bed out with removable carpeted panels and storage cabinets for camping purposes. Also, I had already sold my previous vehicle and was actively looking for either a 13' or 15' Tundra w/ 4WD in either white or silver and ideally that was a CA vehicle that had a black interior and ideally leather, although those are a rare find. This one came up for sale while I was eagerly searching and needed to find something quickly and it basically ticked every box I had and more. I bought the truck sight unseen (except for a few photos) and paid the seller exactly what he was asking, flew up to the Bay area and had an awesome drive back home along PCH with my then 14 y/o son. Given the other Tundras I was seeing for sale, I felt this truck was worth what the seller was asking. In June 2021 when I bought it, the chip shortage had just came about and people were buying up all the used cars b/c they couldn't get new ones right away. In fact, I sold my previous vehicle in 2 days and I had 12 people after the buyer that wanted it if the deal fell through. Times were just weird back then and they probably aren't too much different now.

I'm new here. I bought my 13 Rock warrior double cab back in early 2016. I just recently decided to build it. Here is what I have done so far.

6" Rough Country lift with Vertex Adjustable coil overs, V2 Monoshocks, 20 x 10 Fuel Assault Wheels with a -18 Offset, Full Paint correction & GT Quartz Ceramic Coating on both truck body & wheels.

Added tow mirrors and replaced the factory tires that came with it. Loving this truck.

Nice truck, what did you pay out of curiosity? What size are those tires they look great. Any rubbing issues?

Thanks man. Paid too much.. 34k.. but that was a decent price in comparison to the same trucks in similar shape. It was originally for sale for 38k but I got them down a little.

Truck came with a pretty standard leveling kit up front (not sure what brand). Nothing crazy, but noticeable.

The tires are 285/75r17 load range C, and they fit without any issues whatsoever.

Thanks, I used Rustoleum flat I believe at AutoZone. I can confirm when I get home. I didn't like the way the black gloss looked when I tried it out, flat appeared to show fewer imperfections because my center caps are beat to hell. also had a fund time battling the seized bolts so i left the rings on when i did the paint. covered the bolts with masking tape then cut around w a knife/finger nail cause i got lazy.
PB blaster started to work on some bolts, but needed to sit longer and annoyed w damaging the t30 bit and the bolts so i just skipped that and started paiting.

I picked these up used on FB marketplace without tires so they were easy enough to clean up cause they were spares.

I actually just picked up another set of 4 on FB marketplace so I could have a spare. So if anyone located near Indianapolis, IN wants to purchase a spare from me; give me a holler. these ones are painted gold and black and are in rougher shape than mine, but don't appear to be damaged beyond repair. can post pics later one, still haven't taken them out of my truck bed.

Yeah, getting those Torx bolts out is tricky business. You have more patience than I have.
Honestly, I would love to pick up a spare wheel from you. But... I am in Flagstaff, AZ. If you still have one available come Thanksgiving, I may hit you up because I will be near Muncie visiting family.

Roger that. Hit me up when the time comes; Munci is prob 45 min from here. I'll probably try to refinish all of these in the meantime and hide em from my lady in the attic or crawlspace... I'll keep em unless some Tundras.com-ers really want em.

For RW center caps, trying to determine if these are real or a faux plate that was glued onto the face of the plastic clip housing. One of mine is now missing. The back of the cap has the correct serial number but these are my first RW wheels so not sure if they're two pieces or what.

I’m pretty sure there is a metal covering over the plastic on the oem caps. Mine are like that too but I bought em second hand

I really hate to be this guy and hijack the tread... :sorry: but if anyone is putting new bumpers or grill on their magnetic gray, I would love to buy your stock ones.

Really want to be a fake rock warrior tundra. :)

I'm expecting a new steel bumper for mine soon. Are you looking for a stock bumper too, or just the grill? I know you said magnetic grey, but maybe my black one would be good too? Let me know.
