I have a 2019 Toyota Tundra limited with the JBL system. I want to upgrade my amp but retain the stock head unit and speakers. I would like something that is basically plug and play (understanding i would most likely have to purchase harness adapters). Is there a way to do this without losing any system options? So I really mean ANY factory options/settings, etc.

There will be wiring involved with a harness from Autoharness but search the forum for "line out converter". There are a few guys with them that can help you out.

Take a look at this thread... 21 TRD Pro JBL Upgrade

Start w/the JBL DSP amp and a replacement sub box and sub from @james@tech12volts, it's all plug and play… The addition of power and better signal processing is very nice; factory sub/box is plastic junk (much worse than the earlier systems in the Gen2s).

From there if you still want to improve sound just replace your door and dash speakers (same vendor), but look through his website because he'll have specials or group buys at times for amp, sub, and speakers at times….

In my opinion this is your best option for a seamless install and retaining your stock head unit, etc…

Beyond that you're looking at a complete system

    good luck!!

I think you are wasting you time with the stock speakers.
