I realize that it's simply personal preference to get domed letters over flat decals made from vinyl film, but you should also take in to consideration that from 10 feet away can you really tell if they are domed or flat. Also, TVD provides a no questions asked lifetime warranty on all of their decals (Tuffskinz warranty is only one year), not to mention they cost much less than the Tuffskins equivalent.

i've used tvd on our 2016 tacoma and our 2018 tundra.

still holding up great on our 2018 tundra, but cant say for the 2016 since we traded up to the tundra.

i was really lucky on our 2016 tacoma to get into the last buy of the discontinued toyota logo turn signal vinyls.

Anyone been checking out Westcott’s upcoming stuff?

    • Fog light brackets to accept BD and Heretic (I think) lights
    • Recovery points on the front (albeit mounted to the cross bar)
    • Side exit exhaust (would def need to do something about those mount bolts)
    • King 3.0 shocks with finned reservoirs and camburg UCA

Pretty safe to say the majority of people in here are glued to what Westcott is doing! LOL (me included)

Spoke with westcott regarding this suspension setup. Sounds like they basically just made some tweaks to an LC200 setup and changed the stroke length for the front. Interesting.

Just installed the truxedo elevate ts rails with cleats. The rest should come this week. Fingers crossed! Not exactly how I thought it would install, but I made it work. Just enough clearance for the Bak flip mx4 to latch. Roof top tent is coming soon!

I just stumbled upon your post. Have you sold the Black Running Boards? I have the silver ones that came on my limited and would like the black ones instead.

Had to shim the ts rails with provided “raked”rubber gasket roll. Seems very solid.

    None. Just bought.
I went with another Undercover Elite one piece cover. I hope your new cover works out well. According to all the dealers I talked to about covers, and my experience with Toyota’s tri-fold), they all leak. Please let us know if you have any leak issues. If none, I’m sure plenty of those will be sold. Nice cover.

My understanding is that Toyota has a lift kit up to 4” without having camera/sensor issues. Specifically for the 2022 Tundras.

Do the Elevate TS rails block the use of the OEM rails mounted on the inside of the bed? I can’t seem to get a clear answer on this.

Would anyone be interested in a full set of unopened OEM carpeted mats? Mine came with them, but purchased all weather mats before leaving the dealership. Forgot I even had them until I put something under the back seat and found them.

Damn. Wish they were shipping the full bumpers that quickly.

Edit: 1 hour after I post this comment, I get notification from CBI that my full bumper has shipped. Should be here next week. Super stoked. Ordered on 6/15 with an ETA of 8/29.

I opted to pick up at freight facility. Quicker that way if you can do the same. Just make sure your bed is empty. I thought I could take everything off the pallet but it comes in sections that are all bolted to the pallet.

Yeah. I thought about that. Spoke to the local freight terminal, but they said it wouldn't be available for pickup until Monday anyways since their local terminal isn't open to the public on Saturdays or Sundays. I figured I'd just let them bring it to me in that case. I can WFH that day so it's no big deal for me.

As for the bed...carrying around loads like this is exactly why I opted for the 6.5' bed. hehe.

If you're not in a super rush, Amp Research (which makes the Toyota OEM step I believe) sells the entire step for $290.00. Part # AMP75329-01A. Customer service there said they're replenishing stock in mid-September with their retailers.

    https://www.amp-research.com/product-detail/AMP75329-01A/bedstep-flp-dwn-bmpr-stp-22-toyota-tundra

I think Toyota has it broken into 2 part numbers because the actual step portion is the same between the manual and power versions. However, the bracket is different between the two.

2558E482-393F-4141-89A9-9310A0D8B6FB.jpg I just installed the Toyota bed step from the parts listed. This video helped me quite a bit, I did have to remove the chassis bracket described in order to fit the step mounting bracket. My step (footplate) components came pre-installed so the install was easier. I’m very happy with the step and its deployment. Previously I had an order in for the aftermarket bedstep, waited a month and no delivery so I cancelled that and went with BAM.

Also installed the Toyota dashcam. Video here was instrumental in giving me the confidence to do it myself. Install was straightforward and I’m also really happy with this part.
