My truck is a 07 and looks like she has cataracts. I'm fine with changing the headlights or having them refinished. What are y'alls recommend replacement parts?

My local Craig's List always seems to have stock headlights for sale if you want to go that route. I used headflight lens cleaner on my 07 and they ended up looking new.

That is so easy to take care of if you just invest a little time wet sanding then polishing. They'll look like new and save you a sh*t ton of money. Once you've done it you'll ask why didn't I do this sooner it's so easy.

I've done headlight restoration on multiple old vehicles and it's always been very successful. I used Mother's NuLens (I love almost all of the Mother's products) and my trusty Ridgid combo drill on my old `99 Suburban and the headlights looked like new.

It cost me ~$20 and I've used that kit on multiple cars.

Do it right and it works. I promise!

ETA: Found a pic - the top lights are the headlights and have been restored. They look blurry because the lenses are ridged inside to act as a light diffuser.

The bottoms have yet to be restored in this image. Big difference, as I'm sure you can see.

This was $20 and about 90 minutes of work, including removing and reinstalling the headlight assemblies.

I agree - the Mother's kit I mentioned has a buffing compound and a few different grit sanding wheels, then a buffing wheel. Take your time and don't rush things and you'll end up with headlights that look new.
