Starting this thread as a place for us to post what these trucks are pre-wired for (e.g., Discovered that my XX Trim has wiring for the OEM Fog Lights, although it did not come with it) I know a few of us are struggling with this, so lets document what we are seeing. Some areas that I am interested in are:

    1. Fog Lights
    2. TRD Pro Light Bar
    3. Tailgate Bump Switch
    4. Cab power outlets in rear seat
    5. Bed Power Outlets

I installed the OEM Dash camera. The pigtail is in the headliner.

Thanks, what trim do you have? Helps nail down who may have what.

SR5 Off Road. I'm thinking most if not all trims have the pre-wiring but not 100% sure. I'm sure others with other trims will chime in

I’d like to know if the wiring harness for the bed step is ther on the Limited and SR5 models.

I really want to know if the SR5 TRD OR I am waiting for will have USB or some form of power to charge things in the back seat. And if it doesn't, I wonder if there is wiring already there.

It should be up there. I have a SR5 that came with the dealer installed dashcam. It was non TRD, but loaded SR5 with the Premium packages and all. Would be messed up if the wiring only came in the premium package

I have been curious about the terrain select mode from TRD models. Would swapping out the dial/switches for my Platinum enable the terrain selection features? What are those even changing? I have different drive modes, but nothing for mud/snow/rain/whatever TRD version get. I pulled my console apart to wrap the piano black trim and there are a ton of wires going into that selector dial, which got me thinking that it may be pre-wired for all the different variations.

I’ve seen it discussed in other threads that crawl control wouldn’t work because we don’t have the factory locker, but maybe the other stuff would. Then it’s if there would just turn on when plugged in, or if we would have to activate with techstream

What about swapping a platinum from coils to air bags? Are all the platinums pre wired for that?
