These are aftermarket gen 2 ram tow mirrors I bought off Amazon. Haven't had the time to install them as they will need some modification to fit.20220517_201749.jpg Screenshot_20220525-095558_Amazon Shopping.jpg

There is a thread on the Ram tow mirrors. Definitely worth a read and add to it if you find the results to your liking. I initially wanted to try but I’ve since decided Oem paint matched heated for me.

Lol, ya. The neighbors rent and the landlords are not fixers. I'm waiting for it to fall over so we can split a better build.

Didn't get around to hooking up the boat trailer today but did get out on the highway. I was expecting some serious road noise from my K02s but wasn't obnoxious. Maybe because I replaced all the window & door seals? Anyhow, the truck did not drift at all so it seems alignment is good. At 65 smooth ride, soon as I bumped it up to 70 started getting some vibration so now I'm in the "tire balance or carrier bearing bushing?" conundrum.

    PS New brakes are awesome

Did your shop Road Force balance the KO2’s? If not there lies your problem, most likely. I’ve (as have many others) been down this road with these tires. They can be tough to get right otherwise.

And now my headlights look like s***. Got the grill on, I dig it. Now I’m waiting on some matte black wrap for the chrome piece that goes under the grill. I might eventually, one day, some day have this truck back together :bananadead:

Also the wife decided she wanted one for the sequoia.

Spent a fair amount of time today making some steel fillers to replace the plastic ones. I was pretty sure I would be able to mount a laptop on these, but there is more flex in the radio mount than I thought. Maybe just gets a phone or baofeng mount, but we will see...

Teq offers an access cab version. I’ve also seen a few on the first gen Facebook page with them on access cabs.

Appreciate it  it’s gonna look killer on that white

It was my 1st time there and I can’t wait to get back but looking like the 4Runner crews with a bunch of Gas cans strapped onto the truck.

1st stop was Funnel lake and I mistakenly took the hard path there. I have a whole new respect for my truck and it’s abilities after that run.

I think the mount plan is taking shape. Close your eves and pretend the welds are pretty. These are the mount mounts, once they are tapped and stuff…
