Yokahamas. I'm sure they would be fine in rain but they were pretty horrible in the snow. Especially the anti-lock brakes, the truck just kept sliding forever. I think it would have been better with no ABS since the delay between braking was so long, not the pulsing feel I am used to. Hope there isn't something wrong with the system.

Can't decide if I should go straight to snows or use an AT like the Falken wildpeak AT3. I would run snows for a solid 6 months here.

 

I had to have the 6.5ft bed as well, or so I thought. It ended up being the one place that I settled- timeline vs what was being built and available led me back to another 5’7 bed unfortunately

 

I ended up buying stock AT3s from a guy who had an off-road and upgraded to bigger tires. Paid $400 and they had 600 miles on them. Not the bigger size I wanted but I figure at this price they’ll be good.

 

Took off the bed rack yesterday... Upgrades are coming soon!

 

Not sure I can justify a tire upgrade yet, might give these a go for a while, but I’m definitely getting a tri-fold tonneau and some sort of rack first.

That is awesome. My boss has some pretty crazy set ups for doing astrophotography. I'm sure if there is any place that a multitude of pictures is accepted, it's here as long as it includes the Tundra.

 

Picked it up last night in Asheville, NC. Fred Anderson Toyota..painless, great experience. I was told 46 days on allocation arrival, came in 40. No markups. Was at the dealer one hour! Building a survey work truck/personal truck in the build thread, check it out, looks different already!

I like them both. I went with LR as first and MGM as a second choice. We’ll see what I get.

 

i wanted lunar rock, our local dealers haven't been getting any allocated to them and had none coming in the next 2 months. went with mgm, i think it's grown on me and i like it more than lr.

 

I want a 2023 LR Sequoia TRD Pro, not an option apparently, so I'm hoping whenever I can actually get my hands on one that MGM looks as good on that beast. Solar Octane is a bit too flashy for my tastes and I have no desire for any other colors

 

Finally picked it up! Army Green Limited, TRD OR, pano roof - this truck is amazing. Hadn’t driven one yet but I’m thoroughly impressed. Next steps chrome removal, Westcott lift, new wheels/tires. If anyones interested in these wheels or tires and is in CO, shoot me a message.

my average around town with mixed driving( country roads with some short hwy trips) is 14mpg and hwy gets close to 16.

 

Oh man, I would rather have these wheels than the ones we’re getting in Canada with Limited OR.
