Yes excited to see it, haven't seen one in smoked mesquite in person yet. Basically when my oppurtunity came up I had a choice between mesquite and blueprint. Already have a blueprint Sienna so we had to mix it up.

Didn't want to buy the mesquite colored ones. Also dealer said they didn't have any allocation for them either. So weird. Paid 70k and I was hoping to get my choice color. Just me venting

Here are a few more of the Blueprint 1794, stock from the factory, exploring the eastside of Seattle.

The blueprint color is hard to photograph, especially with an iphone, under grey skies, and it gets dirty FAST (we've had a lot of rain, and though I've not taken it onto gravel yet, it's ready for a wash after 3 days with me...).

There's too damn much chrome on the 1794. I worry about keeping the white leather clean (though doing the "Northwest package" of paint and interior protection done by the dealer next week, so that'll at least give me a warranty.

So far, the only change has been to swap out the factory 1794 floor mats with Weathertech stuff, which will be less pretty but more practical, and getting everybody's phones synched to the head unit.

A week from today, the truck gets the Westcott 3/1 installed. This weekend, my titanium Method 705s, 18x9 in 18mm, arrive. Method got them shipped out in <2 days, which is impressive. (Thanks to @RevereOverland for the 20% code). They'll get some as-yet-undecided 295/70R-18 MTs mounted.

Retrax tonneau cover to be ordered shortly.

Oh, I gotta install the 14" screen protector I bought and put on the shelf.

I tested out the sound system today with the new drop of the Kendrick Lamar album. The system is all right, the album is fire.

Although my plan was to blackout the chrome, there's a lot of it on the 1794, so I'm gonna see if I can live with it. Note that the 1794 gets chrome moustache and lower grill, not the brushed nickel (which would be less gaudy), as well as the mirror caps and all the other spots the other trucks get. Toyota, if you're listening, the TRD Off-road package should imply 18" wheels and no chrome.

As a long time software engineer, I can confirm that the Toyota software and app are frustrating piles of poop.

19yo daughter thinks the truck is bougie, so that's a data point.
Wife thinks the grill and moustache are awesome, and she's already taken my truck to a business meeting to impress clients :)
15yo son is now demanding night driving time to add to his drivers ed hours.

I love it, even if it's too dang fancy.

I don't think you can pick up just the Limited Premium Package by itself. I believe Toyota also requires you to pick up Premium Audio Package if you want the Limited Premium Package for upgraded LEDs.

Yeah, that sums it up pretty well. If ONLY Toyota would offer the TRD OR package on the Platinum, I would be set.

Blows my mind that people buy a 1794 and then get rid of the chrome and wheels. Lol

Well, I'll bite. How else do you get the TRD OR, sunroof, ventilated seats, 18" wheels? In the PNW region, even better?

Can’t wait to dechrome mine at the dealership before driving it off the lot. The interior is amazing, the exterior is…. Gross until it gets cleaned up. Only way to get luxury and the off-road package

The limited I have coming in has the premium limited package add on. It mentions upgraded headlights but nothing of tail lights or sequential in the wording anywhere. The option is $395. Could you confirm this is included on all premium limited?

This was purely accidental, but it turns out that '22 Blueprint is fairly close in color to the '22 Transition Patrol's blueberry color

    Which bike rack is that?

I've always bought cheap ones for my (relatively) cheap bikes but now I have a couple of expensive (and heavy) e-bikes and am looking for something more durable.

That pearl white looks good. I wanted a white truck (last truck, a Tacoma, was black), but I would be the 7th out of 10 at work with white. My truck gets build here in less then 10 days now. So still a good month, month and a half from taking delivery. Will be super excited to get a picture or 2 or 10 up. Platinum, Crewmax, 4x4, standard bed in Supersonic Red.

Anyone have any pictures of the color heads up display? Not an option I wanted, but it's pay for it, or wait another 100 years for one to pop up again.

I am going to be that guy, but this is the exact truck I am waiting to be built right now. Build date is the 22nd of this month. What sort of drop in MPG did you see with this set up? I have the same tire size already sitting. But I am also planning on doing some pretty long road trips. Not sure I want to do this if it drops to much.

here’s the best picture I could take of my HUD on my Platinum. The speed limit also shows next to your speed, but that pops up when driving.

I wish mine had this. I wonder how much it would cost to have the dealer install after the fact.

I know that I originally didn't want it. But as many here know, we are limited to what we can get or say no to. I spent some time trying to get the specs I NEEDED with my truck. My build came with the power running boards and then the advanced package was also apart of my build. Which includes the air suspension and the heads up display. I would imagine it isn't cheap to do after the fact since there is a screen installed in the dash itself which reflects the information off the window. My wife's corvette as it and you can see the screen plane as day when you walk up the the car. The truck will be no different.
