I am currently running fox coilovers with approximately 2.5-3” lift up front.

On the even slightest bumps or bumpy roads, I am feeling a rattle down near my front axles. Cv axle angles look find and everything feels nice and tight.

after lifting the truck up and doing a visual inspection, the only thing I can think of is the sway bar end links. The angles are that aggressive but I could imagine some binding occurring and causing this popping, loose feeling.

    any ideas?

Try driving without the sway bars to see if your theory is correct.

Lol that was my initial thought right after posting.

Curious to see if anyone else has experienced similar issue

Who did the install? Were the fasteners, LCA and other bolts torqued with truck in the air or on the ground?

    The coil install? I did.

And to be honest, I can’t recall

If done in air, that may be a contributor. How many miles on the coilovers? Depending on use, they may need to be rebuilt, generally around 50k miles, less with heavy off road use. Google search fox coilover noise.....lots of posts out there on many Suv and truck forums about noise, rattle, clunks with the Fox so check some out and it may help you diagnose.

Lastly, approaching 3 inch lift, adjustable UCA is often needed. And no idea on the miles and year of your truck, but could be UCA, ball joints worn. My first step would be checking torque, truck on ground, for everything in front suspension.

less than 10k on the coils. No leaking or any sign of rebuild necessary at this point.
2019 with 48k miles. SPC UCAs as well.

I’ll go back through and re torque and see if that helps!
