    Noticed how close and that there has been obvious contact. Is this normal? Bump stops prevent this from happening ?

    did you get an alignment already ? mine were close too but alignment gave me a bit more space. not much but just enough not to hit. I also grinded the sway bar ears because they were hitting as well.
    I usually see this issue with KING coilovers (which I have as well)

    Ya got alignment when I put them in. No sway bar installed, all stock. Would uppers give more clearance ?

    What you are seeing is the coilovers hitting the sway bar end links that attach your front sway bar. You can pull it off, which a lot of guys do. Especially if you're off-roading as it limits articulation.
    upper control arms will help create more space but not garuanteed to not hit. Can you post more pictures of the surrounding components? what size lift?

    I only installed the king 2.5 oem replacement, front and back. Factory uppers.

    There was a thread just like this recently. The kit came with sway bar spacers. If those are in, remove them.

    The problem another guy had was caused by the spacer that I circled in the above pics. They came with his kit and his installer put them on and his coilovers hit his sway bar. removing the spacers it solved the problem. Check and see if some came with yours. My second guess is alignment was botched.

    Yep that was me with this same issue. When i had my readylift kit installed, it came with front sway bar spacers. These were causing my fox coilovers to rub the sway bar end links just like yours. You say you dont have these spacers so i think i would just remove the front sway bar if i were you.
