Did anyone put some security hardware on the LP9s? If so, do you know the size of the hardware?

Theres four 1/4”-20 (3/4” long) bolts that bolt the light to the mounting bracket (two on each side of the light).

Two 1/4”-20 (1” long), and one 3/8”-16 (1” long) bolts that bolt the mounting bracket to bumper.

You don’t need 7 security fasteners though. Unless you really wanted to I suppose. One on each side of the light (1/4”-20; 1” long), and one for the bracket-to-bumper is enough (3/8-16; 1” long).

Thanks! I'm just going to switch out the four bolts that mounted to the bracket.

Cool. You might reconsider the bracket-to-bumper bolts. Those bolt heads are easily accessible.

Also, I mistyped above. Here's what I should have written (change bold/underlined):

Theres four 1/4”-20 (3/4” long) bolts that bolt the light to the mounting bracket (two on each side of the light).

Two 1/4”-20 (1” long), and one 3/8”-16 (1” long) bolts that bolt the mounting bracket to bumper.

Dropped off for powdercoat today, this bumper is a work of art. Craftmanship and welds are amazing and delivery was one month early.

Finally able to get the C4 overland bumper on. This bumper looks killer. Can't stop looking at it when walking away. Always turn back and stare at her.

Truck looks great. Is there enough clearance to add the LP9's after the bumper is installed? I have all the other lights and winch just need to save scratch for the LP9 later down the road

    Hello Pdiddy,

On page two of the link I included at the bottom of this post; has the size and dimensions if you want to reference that. The Lp6's are roughly 6.5hight/6.5width/3.2depth the lp9s are 8.81hight/8.5width/3.25depth.
From what I can tell you should be fine fitting the LP9s, on C4's website they do have LP9s on a tundra in the same location as @Legend33.

Here is the link for more indepth specs to the LP9s:

I believe he was asking if he'd be able to install them with the bumper already on or if he'd have to remove it from his truck first.

Yes that is correct from what I can see seems I can install the LP9's after bumper is installed. Planning to have installed on Tuesday with the warn winch, fogs and light bar. Hopefully add the LP9's later. Any C4 owners out there with LP9's if you can please let me know, thanks.

Hey Pdiddy I got an answer from C4,

"He should be able to install them after the bumper is on however, if he has a light bar installed into the bumper as well thats going to make it very difficult to get the hardware installed for the LP9's. There is only about an inch of space between the top of the light bar and the bottom edge of the top of the bumper where the LP9 bolts go through so its going to be a struggle to get the nuts and bolts in place. I would definitely recommend installing the LP9's with the bumper off the truck or at least loosen all of the bumper mounting hardware quite a bit so that the bumper can tip forward from the grille. That may give him enough room to reach in and install the hardware a bit easier.

Let us know if we can help with anything else, thanks"

    I hope this helps
    Best,
    Brock Brunkhorst

Thank! Yes, the LP9s should fit just fine. It will be a tight squeeze getting your hands to tighten the mounting bottom bolts, but its do-able. If you planning to add the LP9s later.

Anyone running security bolts on their LP9's? What size are they, I assume 4 bolts from light housing to LP9 light is needed? And which site is the best place to buy. Just ordered my LP9's with Brock, he's been a great help. Looking like 10 weeks out on the lights.

Love mine with all the BD lights...two outstanding companies with a great partnership. Anyone know what skid plates work on this bumper? Don't want the flimsy stuff...

I ordered an Overlander on March 8. They told me that the lead time would be around 11 to 12 weeks but on their site it said 14 weeks. I am right at 11 weeks now and no joy yet.
