Hello, new member here. Alot of great information, thank you.

My third Tundra, this is a 2021, purchased with a dealer installed 3-1 Pro Comp leveling kit (65225K), Fuel 20" wheels (not sure of the offset- maybe pics will help...?), & 285-55-R20 K02's. I also installed Firestone air bags since I tow a boat & TT on occasion.

My question(s): Could I change the kit to a 2"-0" (or a 1.75") to reduce what I'm starting to think is excessive space between the tires & fenders? I do not want to trim much if anything, nor do I want any rubbing. If I do that should I remove the 1" block in the rear?

I measured the actual spacers in the front and they measure 2"- best I can tell but the PC kit specifically says 3"-1". Maybe that's what it raises the front and not necessarily how many inches the spacers measure...? Any help is appreciated.

Front spacers in front dont provide A 1:1 ratio on size to lift. Meaning that the 2" spacer will give you more than 2" of lift. If you have airbags I would remove the rear shackle. From what I see the truck looks great. The back end sits hihgher for towing and hauling so that when its weighted you can sit level. But if you have the airbags this is not needed. Id say level it and call it a day (by removing rear spacer only). I would also install the daystar cradles for the airbags. It will improve the ride and give more droop room for the rear.

Great, thank you. Are you suggesting a smaller 2" front level & remove the rear 1" block will accomplish what I'm considering? If so, do you think I'd have any rubbing issues with these wheels/tires?

Im suggesting to level it. From the looks of the truck I don't think you'll have to mess with the front to do that. Looks like the rake is over a 1" rake in the rear. Hard to tell for sure without measuring it. removing the block from the rear shouldn't give you any rubbing issue in rear. As far as lowering the front I'm not sure. Its so dependent on rim, tire, suspension setup. I know guys doing a Body Mount Chop is fairly common, which is the area of the frame which most likely rubs if you do get rubbing. I have also heard about some rubbing on the front plastic liner which can just be heated and pushed out of the way. Ill leave it to the guys that have amore similar setup as you. Good luck!

    Heres the cradles

So I looked at the back of my wheels and I think they are +1 offset. Its stamped ET:1?? If that’s the case could the experts weigh in on if a 2” (0” rear) will work with 285-55-R20’s?

The 2nd picture looks level to me. It's hard to tell from the pics. The ET 1 is the offset, it is often referred to a 0 offset as well. I have the same wheels. If you do remove the rear block, replace the ubolts. They are designed as a 1 time use.

Thanks for the info, I’m basically trying to drop the entire truck down from a 3-1 to a 2-0 and am wondering if everything will clear in the front with the 20x9 ET 1 wheels and 285-55-R20 tires. I don’t really mind the tire size and love the wheels but trying to reduce the distance between the tires and the fenders.

Search customoffsets.com. You may find something there. I think you can search by offset, wheel size, tire size, etc.

Update for anyone interested. I pulled the 3-1 & installed a RC 1.75"-0", I think the 285/55/20 K02's look much better with less wheel well- think I could go 285/60 next time around. Handles better & rides better too. Maybe I'm getting old but I'm very happy with the results.

Pretty straight forward removal/installation. Firestone airbags have about 7 psi I think in these pics so the rear could be dropped another 1/4" or so...?

Looks good either way but if I had to choose one I’d say you did it right by lowering it a little. More proportional with that particular tire size. Nice job!
