I had all the wire on hand from other projects over the years, but this is the basics. I didn’t price hunt, but the part numbers should be correct. I can go more in depth if anyone needs later.

Switch hub, really great alternative to 4 separate relays.

That plus some 2awg and 4awg battery lead and ground cable.

I did add a piece of 1x1 aluminum angle to the taco tunes plate to mount the splitter as well.

I used to be a wire jockey before I went into the office, so I’m still a little particular how things are done lol.

Been hell at work past two weekends. Finally got this done. Took about 15 minutes. 10 minutes was trying to figure out the F-ing wire connection release.

You do just driver or full truck? Looks great!

It turns on when you open the door and stays lit for a little while after you turn the truck off.

Hah, suffered the same issue the other day when changing the door handles and removal the door panels. Struggled with that drivers clip as well.

You removed the whole door panel? That section pops out without removing the whole panel

Finally completed my FRAC video camera system with second back camera using a video switcher and @abomb60 's three switch panel. I can now switch between OEM back up camera, front camera and second back camera anytime even in reverse. It looks like a wire mess but I had all wires labeled and before putting everything back together organized the wires with zip ties.IMG_0959.jpg
Relocated the seat heater switch from the front accessory panel to the 3 switch panel for easier access too. It was a pita as I couldn't find a harness for the extension and just extended the wiring ( 7 wires ) to relocate switch.
    IMG_0960.jpg

Maybe I find one day a better switch for the 2md back camera, for now the fog lights switch I had left got to do the job.

For the first time the other day I used the Toyota Snatch-O-Matic on a crepe myrtle that needed to go:D
The Toyota Snatch-O-Matics are available at your local Home Depot. I selected the 5/16” X 20’. Fifty bucks.

each handle has 2 screws that are only accessed from the back side of the door panel itself, so you just remove the plastic thing behind the handle, remove that screw, move the felt from the hand hold area, remove that screw, then unpop about 8 clips, holding the door panel disconnect the two cables that operate the pulling action of the door handle to open the door, etc…. It’s still only like a 10min job but it’s annoying for like you said swapping a door handle.

Ahh, you were doing the door handles. Gotcha.

Yeah, nice to know it’s the same as my Tacoma. I did the black handle swap years before anyone had covers. But those were actually chrome. Still debating doing the tundra since they aren’t chrome. I told myself I wouldn’t go crazy like I did the Tacoma. Time will tell

Hah, was the same way with my 2015 Tacoma, did way to much armor and suspension work on that, told myself I’d just buy a tundra pro and try to keep myself from doing to much to it, but here I am working on interior appearance lol, at least I think after $600ish I’m done already.

Was this as simple as cutting the wires and sautering/connecting longer wires? I'm hoping to do the same, as I don't like the factory position for our heated seats. Did you sauter or use some sort of connector?

Looks good. What are your thoughts of brightness with the red interior lights off? Super bright/distracting or subtle?
    Thanks!

    I thinks it’s pretty subtle.

I’m use to extra lighting though. My Tacoma has door bowl lights.

Also very interested in your process on this, if you recorded any of it. Not sure the rear window switch will fit there, but if it does, I'll want to do this. Really nice work.

I thought about talking pics of this, but didn't. I'm bad about that, usually too busy just wanting to get it done rather than stop, take pics, do something and take more pics.

    Thanks for this.

Anyone know if this will work with the 3Wliners, auto down ? I assume it would but just curious if anyone has done it.

    Finished the fronts!

    5100s at top clip setting
    SPC UCA
    Spidertrax 1.25” spacers

Love how it feels so much better than stockers. More grounded and firm.

Unfortunately didn’t get measurements prior to installing the front, but we’re looking at:

    DF: 38”
    PF: 38.25”
    DR: 38
    PR: 38.25”

Looks like I have the Tundra lean, but don’t think I’ll be adding a shim to lift the front. Too minuscule.

    Next up to fit 37s:

    CB front bumper shims
    Rear 5100s
    Total Chaos 3/4 Shackles
    BMC

and we’ll see if I need to do PWM after getting tires mounted.

Those look like stock Tundra wheels... Those SPC UCA's fit fine? Do you have spacers?

I may need UCA's, but have stock wheels with +50 offset, and don't want to add spacers. I've come up with one choice so far - - Zone. Gets the job done, but man those things are fugly. Still doing research.
