B-day must've been a bender? Hopefully he didn't land in the pokey after being "drunker than he'd been" (his words, iirc)
An yeah, just taking a relaxed approach Sat/Sun landed me 10 pages behind. Slow down, y'all.

I love eating not-food, then
I know I'm not the only one that'll die on that hill at this forum.

NGL, this was the 1st steak I've had in months. We've cut back significantly on cow intake.

Yeah, @bmf4069 we like pics. Like, a lot...

So the truck is at alignment, I’m at brunch. I hope I didn’t farm any part of the install of the arms. Probably not but when the align is this far off, it feels like it wants to drive into the first available wall.
On another note, had a victory/claim moment this morning. The boy got out of the 4R and gave me an undercover thumbs up. It was his first attempt at the driving test.

Good to know. Thanks @rock climber climber. My OEM are still great, but I would be bummed if I sent some lose-an-align to Dave. I think one of our boys here are running them with success. But OEM is a good call.

I've had the SPC bolts on since 2019 started. No trouble yet. I couldn't stomach what Toyota wanted for theirs.

The thing is if you don’t need them, no. Mine are like new, I had the SPCs as a backup. You only know their condition when you pull them out. If I had to bet - yours are fine.

OK, so wait and prepare to bend over on the wallet side of things?

And, maybe, once you get the alignment dialed, these solos give us that extra inch we so crave to thrust further forward? In which case I bend over on the bumper?

Sorry, too much innuendo for one post...

If you don't hit 90k miles, is the timing belt interval 7 years? I can't remember and I'm seeing conflicting info online.

So the Solo LCA’s are a go if you want or need them. Alignment took care of everything. I haven’t put a tape to it, but front looks like same stance. Turning radius is tighter. I gave the shop @assassin10000 specs and they got very close. Caster fell at +4.5. Drives great.

Dave. Buddy, friend, my dude. Stop worrying about those damn bolts  One of the main reasons they are replaced is because they are physically seized and cannot be removed due to rust and they need to be cut off with a blade.

Here is what mine looked like, I'm sure yours are not much different unless the PO after you drove into the ocean. This grinds off super easy and doesn't affect the integrity.

    Tundy (35).jpg

Afterwards they can get a bit of anti-seize for good measure.

Sweet. I definitely planned an alignment for my truck. Figure as long as I can limp in semi safely then I’ll be ok once adjusted. Good to know it works for you. We have the same tire size? 33’s?

My buddy did own a boat with the truck but I _think_ that specific boat was docked in a slip. He got a new boat soon after I bought back the truck which is a pretty cool aluminum freshwater fish and wildlife rescue from many moons ago. I may have really nailed the timing on buying my truck back before routine saltwater baths.

And, of course, it'd be the arse end going into the drink to launch and retrieve, so presumably the front out of harms way, but, this same friend did drive in the exit when we last went out on the boat so who the f knows what he might have done if he had a chance.

On my truck 2 were stripped. Not sure how or who did it, wasn't me. Other than that they were in great shape.

Sucks to know I'll probably be dealing with this all my life. I dream of eating meat occasionally too, but in the dream it's either on accident or my mouth ends up full of blood, lol. I'm never enjoying it.

Got the kerfuffle sorted out with discount. I ordered directly from the store. They'll be here Friday, but I had to go with Coopers instead of the BFGs. No biggie, my Coopers have been fine for almost 4 years now. $1500 doll hairs. Ouch.

I meant this tiny tiny orange marks indicating the beginning of rust...and I was joking.

I can't recall ever dreaming of steak before. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Also, I didn't mean to imply I enjoyed it, only that it happened. It actually woke me up.
