Find the exact center of each hole take out the bed mat and set it on the piece of plywood or material of your choosing and drill it out with a holesaw. Or razor knife

I was thinking hole saw too an i have almost every size but i think the rubber would gum up very quickly. Maybe cut a hole in a piece of 1/2" plywood and use it as a template to guide a razor knife. I cant imagine it would be too nasty to cut but wanted to check here first.

Just for fun after you're done cutting out the first one try a smaller holesaw on that leftover piece and see if it gums up.

Did Toyota discontinue the oem bed/cargo mat? What brand is the next best option? I have sprayed in bed liner which serves its purpose but also scuffs up items. I prefer the rubber mat for traction and cushion. I am partial to oem but can’t find it on dealer websites.

I use the Bed Rug bed mat over Rhino Liner. Mostly because it makes it flat without the ribs, and much softer on the knees. It is also much lighter than the thick rubber bed mat. About $100 and comes with the tailgate portion which also covers up the gap between the bed and tail gate. That's really nice when hauling rocks or mulch.

I was at the dealer last week asking the same thing for my DC. Was told it’s discontinued. I should’ve bought it when I had the chance.:(
