i was looking under the rear left door sill, but then how do you run the wire through the cab wall and the bed wall?

There is a hole under that sill toward the rear, stick a 5/16" drill in it and drill a hole. Use silicone and a straw or small plastic or rubber hose to protect against sharp edge in the hole, silicone wire in the tube. The bed has a grommet in the front at the bottom, poke a hole.

New Morimoto HIDs going in. Got a pic of all my cleaned up wiring. No more T-taps, all soldered and shrink tubed. Looked like a ton of wire before. BE6C2002-C1E4-4718-8B59-42A0FEB58D96.jpgE6EF7540-4B80-4C2C-B0DD-3752AB71646B.jpg7FE0347A-BF76-4C13-9A59-44A265D17E5C.jpg

Hey what kind of running boards do you have on your truck? I think they look sick and was trying to find a set myself. Any help?

Yep, @RobertD is correct. White Knuckle off-road steps, the larger DOM 1.88, and top step plates. Color matched Raptor liner.

Got a supervisor watching over the solder joints. Check out the back of the retrofit headlights. No bare wire, all harnesses and loomed. No extra openings and headlight boot is in place. There’s no need for patches that let moisture in/out if everything is sealed correctly. The stock turn signal and side market get connected back on the truck.D1CEDBBC-51B0-4261-8FF8-0B1A2002E1CA.jpg2032604F-3742-40F6-A4AE-8024CC9CE96C.jpg39364CB6-D111-4A16-88A9-9AB3B1675321.jpg

Am I a welder? Hell no, but I think I’m getting better. Started on the mounts for the Rotopax canisters. They’ll get mounted to the deck rails. They have to be pushed out from the rails a bit to clear the brackets of the tonneau cover. Fabbed up some mounts for the Rotopax I got a while back. Had to be made to push past the tonneau brackets and wheel arches. 90BBC749-A17E-4120-8B61-4707E20A36BE.jpg 633C4B8D-C30D-4E78-8DC0-E62008622D8D.jpg 53EF576E-0783-4460-A5B3-EA7852F478D7.jpg 96E61CE3-D7D7-496B-BC23-97138B3F709F.jpg 116BACE3-2C49-465B-94F9-4D5DDC5D08B8.jpg 8EF42551-4299-4D4E-BB61-7DB9CE20E745.jpg

Third time is thr charm for this damn steering wheel. I’ve tried two other times sewing the Lonky cover on. I’m horrible at it. I don’t have the patience for it, but man did I want a leather covered wheel. I hunkered down and did it today. Is it perfect? Nope. I’m happy with it though. I stripped the trim pieces and repainted them, and plastidipped the logo. I’ll reassemble them tonight, and tomorrow the truck goes in the shop for a damn front end clunk that I can’t locate.

Just a friendly PSA. I took the truck in to a shop because I’ve had a mean clunk every time I go over a hump or crest or driveway. I thought something was busted so I looked at everything that could leak or break. Turns out it was the bump stop extension on the front side of the LCA. Both were hitting going over the smallest bumps. They were hitting so much that they wouldn’t come out, they just broke off and left the threaded pin. So I’ll replace the back ones with duro bumps, and it should be good to go. Photo is not my truck.

I’m at 2-1/2” lift. But these are what were recommended to me by the guy at Boss 4x4. I believed him, who knew?
