I got this idea from the Tacoma forums and has helped many folks with an idea of what people are paying.

Lets help each other figure out who has the best deals.

Please post MSRP, discounts, packages, etc and refrain from OTD prices as taxes and fees are different in each state.

I didn’t buy it, but my local dealer had a SR5 for 51k (MSRP).

If you paid over sticker, please don't feel pressured and still post here. We all know dealers want $10k plus, but I'm curious to see how much they actually managed to charge.

Limited 4x4 CrewMax 5.5 here in AZ for MSRP + mfg packages (TRD, etc) $59,888 + $4k market adjustment (down from $8,000) is what I was just looking at

I just bought a Limited Crewmax 4x4 at MSRP $54K in Vallejo, CA. This dealer is great, and they don't mark-up, most dealers in Northern CA had a mark-up between 4K - 15K.

Are you talking about for your 2020? As when I shopped end of 2020 found a couple that seemed way overpriced with the “8 track” infotainment system etc..was surprised with why all the the 22’s have they weren’t more than they are in comparison to outgoing model.

If your referring to me, maybe re-read what you wrote and make it make sense. Then maybe I can answer.

Ordered mine on Monday. Have to see what the dealer is allocated. Paying MSRP. Dealer is not adding on for locals.

My 2022 coming in off a local dealer's allotment is 49k. It's an SR5 non-TRD CM. No mark up but they do have a required "package" of $796 which includes the theft protection and tire/wheel care package. No budging on removing it but it's better then the 5k markup plus mandatory dealer add-ons that other local dealerships are doing.

I still can’t believe that a charger and phone cables are $73. I have had those in my last 2 tundras. Glad I didn’t pay msrp. And I hate that Toyota makes it seem like they are giving you complementary maintenance when they clearly charge you for it. I am just glad I bought mine before all this craziness. Seems dealers want to buckle and dime you for everything nowadays.

My '22 SR DC 6.5 4WD is being built 2/14. This price may increase by $430 if they add my tow package--they should on the build line.
Packages...grin, Spray-in liner, All weather mats. Tow?

Dealer assured me this is my final price, no markup or hidden fees.

Deposited on a ‘22 4x2 MGM SR5 with the bare minimum last week. Stressed the bare minimum part to my dealer many times. He reassured me of msrp, doc fee, and sales taxes on the vehicle are the only charges.

I tried to get him to take the carpet off but his argument is that it can’t be taken off once it’s at the port but he is able to exchange the carpet to all weather.

I prefer to do individual upgrades to my personal taste to make it my own and not through their packages

I have found a few people that have gotten below MSRP but it’s never more than a few hundred below. MSRP if you can get it seems to be as good as it gets right now.

Couple dealer installed options, but I like them all. Console safe, spray in bed liner, tow mirrors, all weather mats.

The negotiation and leverage is all on your trade-in these days.

Also to note. Don’t be turned off too hard by Markups. Yes, it’s lame but that is negotiable. If it isn’t, then find another dealer.

My dealer started with a 5k markup and sold it for MSRP. Hopefully most are like that and willing to work with you. Wild times!

I’m trading a 2021 Tesla Model Y Performance with 6k and they want to give me $63,500 for it. I bet they turn around and sell for $70k+ because of how high in demand they are. Going to press them harder on the trade.

For trade I'm going to have carmax, carvana, and proprietary dealership 3 buy off offers, and if the dealer can beat the best offer after tax benefit then I'll trade, otherwise, no trade just buy

    They sure will. Press em.

If you can, walk some dealer lots that have used Tesla’s for sale and see what they’re listing them for. That’s what I did for my Tacoma. You just can’t get a good gauge right now with carfax, carvana etc… they’re all over the place.

I'm paying MSRP at my local dealership (Wellesley Toyota MA). Got a build date (Feb). $59k limited trim, 5.5ft bed, crewmax with TRD, sunroof, power pkg, bed step. Not exactly what I configured at the dealership but it's good enough.
