After years of eyeballing my truck, i decided to help replace my father in law's 250k mile Ridgeline with this 2014 Platinum that I found with less than 6k miles on it. Needless to say, he was happy!

I told my wife that he needed new wheels. So I bought some 17" Titan 7 wheels, and FIL will inherit my 20" Methods.

I too, have added the Meso Dome Lights. For those wondering, they also fit the longer upper console from the '07-'13's (at least the fronts do)

Nice, so you got the threaded adjustable ones vs the clip settings? Did you adjust them or install them straight out of the box? Lift amount? I still have mine sitting in the box in the house o_O

Installed my seat jackers today before work. Wow what a difference. Should have added them when I first got the truck. Is crazy how much more comfortable the seat is.

So, for anyone new looking to mod- These two mods are probably the BEST for the cost for a street driven truck. And some of the cheapest mods at around $300 to do both of them! Desert does it seat jackers and TRD rear sway bar

Greater range of motion than the built-in adjustment allows.

That said…I didn’t like them and sent them back. I run my front seat edge lowered so I guess I should’ve predicted this outcome.

You can always add a knock off TRD shifter to offset your -10 HP loss. The OEM TRD shifter is +15 if you find it worth the extra $$.

Hopefully insurance gets you while again. Depending on the amount of damage, look into a “diminished value” claim as well.

I run my seat all the way back and all the way down in the rear of the butt and up all the way on the thigh (front) of the seat.

here is a direct comparison of the seat in the same position but With the added seat jackers. Take a look at the plastic trim on the driver seat and you can see the difference. They rock the seat back giving you a more cradled seating position. Significant improvement in comfort

Never thought about doing that with the S8. I like the idea. Mine will be full amber to start. Might have to switch some to clear if I feel it needs it.

Can’t wait to see pictures of your rig when you finish!

The S8 install in the bulge is a pain in the rear. I had to experiment with mine quite a bit. I installed mine as far back as I could and reused the screen from the scoop. I did not like the huge gap that was between the bulge and the bar. The corner clips will be interesting as well.
