I'm up near Sacramento so unless you come waaaay up here, it's probably best to drop it in a flat rate box.

I thought I remembered that. We haul between Kirkland and Thermal straight through sac town. Usually in the middle of the night so the thought of stashing a box for you in some random spot somewhere is super cool.

Like an easter egg hunt for diff parts lol.

Problem is I can't think of a good spot where it wouldn't potentially 'wander' off lol (or be thrown away).

There are some good fields near truck stops where I bet it would sit for days.

anyway, we can likely do a proper exchange with a little planning. I’ll keep this in mind once I get my gears, assuming it happens. Just as likely they sit in a box for a year.

I did and do. The 2000 has gone to a young couple who moved from the "big city" to Hinesburg and bought a piece of property with a several hundred yard long driveway.

Here's my 2018 (the Bolo - specifically, a Bolo Mark XXB) with the new Boss HTX plow.

@jpink definitely isn't alone in his tag creativity. I'm just as guilty. Let's just say if you're ever in the area and you see me, you'll know exactly who tf it is when you look at my ass-end.

    Oh crap before I forget.

@empty_lord maybe I can bug you w/a question.

2020 Highlander Hybrid. Front tire was low and I was showing my wife how to use the tiny Viair inflation pump to power up. Didn't realize pump was ON. Plugged into front 12v cig lighter in the dash/center console. Pump turned ON for less than 1s, then OFF. I know the cig lighter outlet was working before, we were charging phones. Now it's dead.

I checked the fuse bank under the dash. There's only one power outlet shown - a 15A - tested the microfuse for continuity, it's fine. Not sure if that is even the source for that specific power outlet, but there's no other PWR fuse in that bank of 30ish fuses. I can't seem to find FSM for this vehicle. Owner's manual didn't even show the cabin fusebox location.

The USB outlets right next to the cig lighter are working fine. I'm assuming they're on a diff circuit. Anyway, any thoughts if you have them are appreciated. I'ma keep hunting in the meantime.

Ok, I'll go back and check in a sec. Let me snap a pic of the fuse cover, maybe the name will jump out. There's about 50 ECU fuses in the list IIRC.

I have literally zero microfuses, need to go to LAPS to get more tomorrow.

    Ok @empty_lord here it is.

    I checked P/OUTLET NO1 fuse, 15A, it's good.

Assuming you used the outlet on the passenger side of the dash center stack, p/outlet number two feeds the number one outlet. (I can’t make that up…. Number doesn’t matter I guess?) the p outlet #2 is under the hood

Engine bay fusebox only has three fuses. Those are all for various headers (spray nozzles etc.)

The outlet that's not working is circled:

Yea it’s under the hood. There’s a couple fuse blocks. The fuse your looking for is next to the alt wire inside the main fuse block on the driver side, by then brake fluid

My wife's birthday is coming up. Bought her this - she wanted one similar but this is an upgrade without the extra chrome (nice on these). It will save me 30 bucks a week for my coffee and make her happy, which in turn makes me happy. Also gives me a longer leash...

Funny you bring this up, I was fighting around inside a Crossland CC1 v1.5 today. Picked up used. Pump wasn't working - lost its prime. Then I found lots of corrosion on the thermoblock - it's leaking. Meh.

Those Jura fully automatics are really nice. Just be sure to clean the burrs at least once a year with fines. Trust me. Service isn't cheap, and that's the one weak point. Otherwise a great cup of joe.

Google for Urnex SuperGrindz. Urnex is my preferred brand, but there are others that are almost like rice you put into the grinder.

Always check your manual first to confirm it's OK to use. If you drink more than 300 cups a year, You may want to use this treatment once every 4-6 months.

"Ounce of prevention is worth ..."

@alb1k sorry - you'll want to look up Urnex SuperGrindz, not just Grindz. The latter is for standalone grinders. The former is for super-automatic

Thanks - I only expected one fuse/relay box under the hood - totally overlooked the other box thinking it was related to the air intake/filter box. Duh. Got distracted by that crazy MC and - maybe that's the power steering reservoir under/behind it?

Anyway, you're right. 15A listed as P/OUTLET NO2, 15A also, and it was definitely blown. Thankfully two microfuse spares, but only 20A. Off to LAPS tomorrow to get a mix.

Swapped in a 20A temporarily just to test - all good. Thanks again!

Uh... getting a little personal there, eh?

If you knew what I've been doing for a living the last two decades and who I was working with, a lot of the info stuck between my ears would make a lot more sense. Jura is local to my employer of the last 22yrs' main HQ. Their machines were at nearly every site, before getting replaced with Nespresso, which is also local to HQ.

Just happy to share. Same way @empty_lord saved my ass today. Knowledge is power.

People used to fake working at the company factory in the past. I knew one guy who put himself through law school studying on company time and another guy doing his homework on the job and sleeping while he pursued his master's degree full time during the day.

It's so easy to get lost at a large company.
