Looking for something to keep my cats from being stolen. Houston is a hotspot for cat theft. I know two guys personally that have had someone attempt to cut their cats off their tundras. I have a 2020 and it’s lifted so I’m assuming mine would be a prime target. Been looking at doing bud built from front to back (minus the fuel tank). Can anyone confirm that these particular plates (especially transfer case plate) does full coverage to keep anyone from cutting the pipes? If anyone had some pics of a bud built under a tundra that would be awesome! I’ve looked at RCI as well. If anyone has pics or insight on those as well.

otherwise, if there is a better option to keep cats from being stolen, I’m all ears!

    thanks!

What is "bud built"? Is that a company ot just slang for something? No idea what plates you are wanting us to confirm about. Thr RCI skid plates won't protect your cats.
Valhalla is great and local to you. I have his 2 cat plates and they are great piece of mind. You say you are lifted but provide no info, so again hard to give you advice about if things will fit.

Thanks Cruzer. Not a company I had heard of so I was confused.

3” susp lift in front with 1” shackle in the back. What I was getting at is that it’s easier to get under my truck than stock. Lol

Can 100% agree. My truck is stock and was a little difficult to fit under there and install plates. Helped a buddy who was on a 3" lift and it made it so much easier.
